Aloni Villas with its beautiful mountain and valley views is located just 10 min walk to the popular Agia Efimia and is ideal for large groups of family and friends, who enjoy spending time outside socialising together, but prefer privacy internally.The property consists of two delightful semi-detached units: Villa Ponente & Villa Levante, which can also be rented separately (1-4 persons each and in this case with shared pool; please enquire for rates).
Completed, furnished, equipped and maintained to a very high standard Aloni Villas offers exceptional accommodation for unforgettable holidays.
Each unit has two air-conditioned bedrooms on the 1st floor: one with a king size bed and balcony and one with twin beds, which can be converted to a king size bed. French doors from this bedroom lead to a large terrace with stunning views across the virgin valley of Pylaros. The bedrooms share a bathroom with WC, shower. A hairdryer is in every bedroom.
On the ground floor of each unit there is a tastefully decorated open plan living area equipped with smart TV, a wood burning stove and a sofa bed, which can accommodate a further person. There is also a well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area plus a separate w.c. Two pairs of French doors lead from each of the living / dining areas to a large private terrace with table and chairs for alfresco eating and romantic evenings with lovely countryside views.
In the basement of each unit there is a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside there is the large swimming pool 11m x 5.5 m with a constant depth of 1.4 m (pool heating is available at the additional cost of 110 euro/day*), shower, a well equipped kitchen with charcoal barbecue, sink, small fridge, and an adjacent dining area shaded by a pergola with a table that can seat 10. There are both sunny and shaded areas with loungers, director’s chairs, side tables to hold your cold drinks, and deck chairs from which you can relax, unwind soak up the enchanting valley and mountain views that surround this outstanding property.
The location of Aloni Villas is perfect: secluded, peaceful and private but within easy walking distance (750m) to the attractive and popular yachting harbour of Agia Efimia with its excellent amenities: waterside cafes and bars, friendly tavernas, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, boat and car rental, diving school and delightful small pebble beaches, ideal for snorkelling in crystal clear waters. A car is only necessary for exploring the island, which is also worthwhile.
*Pool Heating – Availability, Costs & Recommended Periods
Heating the pool may be required in early May, late September and October. Whether heating is required depends entirely on the weather, so conditions can vary. The additional cost for pool heating is 110 euros per day. Please note that heating must begin two days prior to arrival to ensure the water reaches the desired temperature of 28 °C by check‑in.

Family Holiday!
By Christina Lee on 21-May-2026We went en masse to Aloni Villas, we have been before a long time ago and Kefalonia is one of our favourite places to visit! Lida was brilliantly at organising our visit and prompting my replies. George met us at the Villas as is still amazing! The Villas were both very well equiped, clean and very comfortable. Groceries shops are walking distance, as are restaurants and bars, in fact all amenties. The swimming pool is crystal clear and outdoor fridge etc were well used by us. Scuba diving with Makis is not to be missed if you are a diver. Anti Samos Beach is wonderful and the service is great. We had an amazing holiday and my Grandsons have already asked to go back next year! Thank you Aloni Villas Team C x

Holiday September 2025
By Nick Walker on 14-Sep-2025The lovely George met us on arrival at the villa and was on hand to offer any help and advice while we were on holiday for the week. The villas was well equipped and we were grateful of the welcome pack when we arrived too. The pool and outside kitchen were great and well used during our stay. The airconditioned bedrooms were lovely and kept cool all night. The views from the villa across the valley are fabulous and we loved listening to the goat bells while we sunbathed or read around the pool. The centre and harbour of Agia Efimia are only a few minutes walk and the exercise back home after a gorgeous meal at any of the harbour restaurants helps to burn off some of the calories! All of the restaurants were fab and we had some lovely cocktails in the bars too. We would recommend a boat trip to Ithaca (I think Romance 2 was the boat name), also paddleboarding at Assos beach was great fun for us beginners. We didn't want to come home and definitely plan to return to the villas in Agia Efimia. Lovely villas in a beautiful location.

By Alison J. on 04-Aug-2025We had a wonderful stay at this property. The photographs are accurate as to how lovely it is and everything that we could need was though of. The cleaner was very thorough and George who welcomed us was an absolute joy to meet and very helpful so we would like to thank them for their kindness. The location is good and we were able to walk back even in the dark as there is good street lighting. We are 2 families with teenagers so having separate villas but a shared space to eat and play/ relax by the pool was perfect.
The property is immaculate.

Wonderful stay at Aloni Villas
By Simeon Corless on 22-Aug-2024Can't recommend this villa highly enough! From the start of the booking process through to our departure Tracy and George were brilliant! Charming George met us when we arrived to show us around the villas (such a lovely gent!) and was always available in case we needed anything. The villas are really clean and well laid out with everything you could possibly need (including towels to take to the beach). The beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen area were well used and much appreciated. Especially enjoyed using the grill once we were given green light from George. The location is good, 10 mins walk into Agia Efemia for supermarkets, bakeries, tavernas etc. Also a perfect position on the island for exploring by car given its central location. Myrtos, Assos, Sami are all reasonably close by. Very much hope we'll be back soon... Thank you!
