Argostoli Gulf View Residence is a 1 bedroom apartment located in a beautiful quiet district of the cosmopolitan capital - Argostoli. Located on the 3rd floor with impressive north facing views overlooking the gulf of Argostoli and the impossing mountain range. The apartment block has a lift and internal staircase.The living space is open planned with an L-Shaped kitchen, dining area and living area. The living area has a flat screen TV with NET Flix & multi channels. The patio door lead onto the balcony with chairs and a table ideal for breakfast and early evening pre-dinner refreshments or just quietly unwinding after exploring this magical island.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer & dishwasher. The bathroom has recently been renovated with a walk-in shower.
The double bedroom has built in wardrobes with patio doors onto the balcony. The apartment has excellent WIFI Internet connection. Mid stay clean with pool/beach towels provided along with all linen. A small welcome hamper is supplied for all guests.
The main square of Argostoli is just 10 minutes walk away with great access to restaurants and bars and the Kefalonian nightlife. Great access to the local beaches in the next resort either by driving or using the reliable local bus services or by our taxi company to the next resort is aprox €8 oneway.

The apartment is located at the end of Argostoli close to the start of the Fanari Road. It is a quiet residential area with stunning views looking down to the gulf of Argostoli and the opposing mountain range. Just 10 minutes walk into the central square where you will a mutitude of excellent places to dine out or just head for a coffee and sit back and soak up city life. Great access to the local beach beach – Makris Yialos and the rest of the island.

Located in the old part of Argostoli, it not only allows you to immerse yourself in the heart of the local life of the place, but allows you to reach all the places of interest in the city without moving the car. The interior is extremely clean and well maintained, while the sea view makes every breakfast and dinner on the terrace magical. Graham is certainly the best host we could find: extremely helpful, kind and friendly, he provided us with the best tips to enjoy the vacation: from the rental of cars and boats, to the choice of restaurants suitable for us. He knew where to direct us for any need. At his invitation, we also spent a pleasant evening in his apartment tasting local wine and cheese and chatting amicably. When we return to Cephalonia (and we will!), We will have no doubts about where to stay.

She greeted us very kindly and cared at all times that we had everything we needed. As we arrived late at night on the first day she greeted us with water and food that made our stay easier. Regarding the apartment, the same is super complete with a really beautiful view where you can see the moon full every night and have a perfect dinner at the balcony. The center of Argostoli is 5 minutes away with everything you need to go shopping. Feel free to choose Graham's apartment a great find in Kefalonia!

Very clean and fully equipped. The balcony overlooking the sea definitely enhances its quality and adds an extra important amenity. Very convenient in terms of distances related to the center of Argostoli. Everything was very pleasant.

Delightful apartment, with a terrace with a wonderful sea view, equipped with a table to be used for romantic breakfasts, calm wind permitting! Apartment equipped with all the necessary comforts, quiet location but also close to the centre of Argostoli where all the tourist services are located! Essential bathroom and kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher! Free car parking on the street below the building. Overall, a very good experience, definitely to be repeated in the future.
