Description
This luxurious villa is built in one of the best locations in the beautiful and unspoilt North of Kephalonia with stunning uninterrupted sea views towards Ithaca, Leftkas and Meganisi, very peaceful and private but only a short drive to the picturesque old Venetian port of Fiskardo. On the ground floor the 2 double bedrooms and shower rooms make it ideal for 2 or 4 people whilst a further 2 double bedrooms and shower room on the upper floor make it perfect for the larger family or friends sharing. Balconies lead from the upstairs bedroom with seating areas from which to enjoy the magnificent views. There is a large private infinity pool with sun loungers and a built in BBQ with comfortable outside seating and dining areas. The villa has air conditioning throughout and all the windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The garage under the villa is accessed by a remote controlled door and easily accommodates 2 cars. Nearest supermarket and tavernas within 3km. Fiskardo is a 5 minute drive away. Several beaches within 5km.21 Reviews
Fantastic villa in a superb location

Excellent
By Rosemarie D on 30-May-2026the villa was all we hoped for and more. Immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable, in a quiet location but with a friendly village close by. All the amenities were as stated . The view down into Fiskardo bay was magnificent - and the pool, well it was just gorgeous, we were 7 people ranging from 70plus down to 18 and we all spent a huge amount of time in the pool- glorious just to float there and watch the boats going in and out of the bay below us. We had the company of several very chatty birds, notably a Scops owl in the evening and a dawn chorus. all in all, the most delightful, enjoyable experience - thank you
