Fantastic place to unwind!
By Paul Stules on 11-Sep-2026My family and I came to Roz Villa for 2 weeks in September to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary (40 years) and my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t have chosen better. Definitely the best villa we’ve ever hired. Fabulous location just outside Agia Effimia which is a perfectly positioned base from which to explore the island. The villa was wonderfully clean, well furnished with lots of goodies on arrival. The pool was great and it was difficult to get my 10 year old grandson out of it. Lots of lovely tavernas in town (3 minutes drive away) all friendly with good food, and lots of decent beaches within easy reach such as Antisamos (20 minutes drive) where much of Captain Corelli’s Madolin was filmed. Sami anothe nice little town is again about 15 minutes away by car, and a trip to Fiskardo which is about 40 minutes away is a must. All in all a wonderful time was had by everyone. I’ve been to quite a few Greek Islands but Kefalonia is still my favourite this is my 3rd time on the island and I can’t wait to come again. I can’t recommend Roz Villa more highly….. give it a try!!
Beautiful home
By Karen levens on 30-Aug-2025We have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful villa. The villa had everything we needed plus more. The views are stunning and it’s a short walk down to the harbour and all the wonderful restaurants - we ate out every night somewhere different and the meals were delicious. Vicky was great with prompt correspondence, The villa was clean, spacious and the fridge was filled with delightful food and drink. Thank you Vicky for a wonderful week and we would definitely return and recommend to others.

What a Wonderful Villa
By Lorna Maclennan on 26-Sep-2024I went over for my post 50th Birthday with 8 girlfriend’s and my daughter. We had a wonderful stay at Roz Villa. I loved waking up in the am and opening the curtains which overlooked the beautiful pool and mountains. We loved hearing the goats with their bells on. It is really such a tranquil spot to where the villa is with just a 10 min walk into the village. You could not fault the villa. Vicky has thought of every thing, I would go back to Kefalonia just to stay in this villa.. Breathtaking. I shall definitely return Amazing! I have traveled extensively all over the world and this is the best villa I have stayed in and very reasonably priced.
Fabulous villa for that touch of luxury

Beautiful villa
By Amanda Button on 21-May-2022We had another fantastic stay in Rox Villa. The property is very comfortably furnished and scrupulously clean. The decor is stylish, with beautiful ancient artefacts throughout. There is plenty of space inside, some of the bedrooms have balconies or their own little patio. The delightful garden has several seating areas and a good sized pool. Everywhere you look there is a point of interest, and good views of the sea. There is everything here that you need for a relaxing family holiday. The villa is within easy walking distance of Agia Efimia with its quiet bars and restaurants. There is a good range of local shops for self catering. There is a good local hike to Myrtos Bay through meadows which is worth trying. We recommend this property to anyone who wants a comfortable authentic villa stay.
Absolutely beautiful place to stay!
By Lauren on 30-Apr-20227 of us had a week at Roz Villa - it is an absolutely beautiful house in a great location. The owners are really helpful and we had a visit on the second day to make sure everything was ok. The owner also rang in the week to check in on us which was really thoughtful. All the rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the house had everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. We really enjoyed cooking BBQs and sitting around the pool. The location was also great, Agia Efimia is a beautiful town and everyone was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious everywhere we went. The house is really spacious and had a great sound system, we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for a perfect holiday.
