Set in a peaceful, secluded hillside location, Amari Villa is around 800 metres from Spartia Beach and close to local tavernas, cafés and a mini market. Kefalonia Airport and Argostoli are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car.
From the moment you arrive, the pace of life begins to slow. Surrounded by olive trees, the villa looks across the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea towards Zakynthos, with Mount Aenos forming a dramatic backdrop. Life at Amari Villa naturally centres around the outdoors. The private, gated 9m x 6m swimming pool has shallow entry steps and plenty of room for both children and adults to enjoy. Spacious terraces and balconies provide uninterrupted sea and mountain views throughout the day.
Breakfast often becomes a leisurely brunch, afternoons drift happily between the pool and shaded pergola, and evenings are made for barbecues, local wine and dining beneath a sky filled with stars.
Many guests arrive planning to explore every day, only to discover that some of their favourite holiday memories are the quiet hours spent together at the villa.

Inside, the villa has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed holiday living, with five comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

Amari Villa enjoys one of the island’s most convenient yet peaceful locations. Spartia Beach is around 800 metres away, with clear, shallow water and excellent snorkelling. Please be aware that the route descends towards the beach and is uphill on the return journey.
Traditional tavernas and cafés can also be reached locally, while a car gives you the freedom to explore more of Kefalonia at your own pace.
The villa is well placed for discovering the colourful waterfront of Argostoli, the famous Melissani Lake and the picture-postcard villages of Assos and Fiskardo. After a day exploring the island, you can return to the peace and privacy of your own hillside retreat.

The Perfect Family Escape – Space, Calm & Togetherness

It’s rare to find a place where everyone can enjoy time together and have their own space, but this villa delivered it beautifully. The pool quickly became our favourite gathering spot, and we loved our walks down to Spartia Beach. Evenings at the local tavernas — and morning coffees at the village coffee bar — made our stay feel genuinely connected to the island. With a hire car, exploring Kefalonia was easy, yet we always looked forward to returning to the peace and comfort of the villa. Spacious, immaculate, and perfectly located, Amari Villa brought us closer as a family. We highly recommend this villa — a truly special place we can’t wait to return to.

The children have loved the pool, and Spartia is a very special place to us, our third visit did not disappoint. We would thoroughly recommend the fishing tour with Michalis and Antonia, I think that was the best meal I have ever eaten. We were lucky enough to swim with a turtle again on the beack this year and the boys loved seeing their friends at the Waterway restaurant who they met two years ago. The Villa offered everything and more that we could wish for and the sunbeds were very comfortable . William was on call for everything we needed. Thank you both 🫶🫶🫶

The swimming pool is super clean as is the villa. Very responsive hosts dealing with queries when they arose. A great location for local amenities, small shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach - though the hill is a little steep. Would highly recommend. Restaurant down the hill close to walk to, friendly and atractive... not the best food we have eaten here. The BEST FOOD was 'Esperides around15-20 mir drive away or €25 in a taxi , a 15-20 min drive a taxi, set in an orange grove. Excellent food and service. Argostoli bay "Seas the day" boat hire were great. Modern, clean, great instructions and communication. +30 698 6265987 Seas the day Makris Gialos beach was fun -bigger than Spartia. large shady car park, Kayak hire, pedalos, beach bar (insanely expensive!) but fun forteen outing. Any problems Will was easy to contact and helpful.. Lovely holiday xxxxxxxx
