Ideal for families or groups, it offers tranquillity in a lush 4-acre estate. You can experience beautiful moments of relaxation by the large comfortable pool, listening to your favourite music and enjoying your coffee or drink without disturbing the rest of your group.

You can use a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine.
You have access to a separate toilet per room, a comfortable living room with TV and DVD, PlayStation 4 and a dining room for 6 people.
You can also enjoy breakfast or a meal in the shade of the back terrace (there is a table with 6 director's chairs), as well as in the kiosk next to the pool that has a BBQ and a refrigerator
The villa has plastic toys for children (swing, plastic seesaw, plastic slide and small plastic pool) as well as an inflatable mattress for your relaxation in the large pool.
At your disposal is also a 4-acre estate with lawn and many fruit trees.

By Georgi on 30-Jun-2026We had an amazing stay in the villa! It's quite isolated, so you definitely need a car, but if you are looking for a peaceful and serene place to stay - this is it. There are 4 separate bedrooms each with a separate bathroom, and ACs. It's spacious, and if you are looking to stay away from the noise, enjoy the private pool with an amazing view and gather around the bbq, you found your place. The town of Kiato is a 10-15 mins drive, and it's a very lively place with lots of bars and taverns and crystal clear beaches. It's mostly locals there, so the prices were really good, and we were surprised how lively it gets at night. There are 24/7 stores there as well. Lots of amazing archeological sites in the area, that are easily accessible thru the highway. Bradley is an amazing host! Super proactive, he gave us directions on how to get to the villa and made sure we had everything we need. Thanks again man!

The house offers a fantastic panoramic view of both the mountains and the sea, which is especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The villa is located on a hillside, with no nearby neighbors, allowing guests to fully enjoy the privacy and closeness to nature. We were two families staying with children, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group vacation.The road leading up to the villa was a little challenging, but this is understandable given its location in the mountains. However, once you arrive, the destination more than makes up for the journey.The villa is not one of the newest properties, but we were aware of that when booking and it was not a problem for us. Our priorities were privacy, space, nature
