A magical holiday!
By Connie Inman on 07-Sep-2026My husband and I stayed at Villa Avouri for 10 nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had never been to Rhodes before & Jenny couldn't have been more helpful! The information pack she sent us prior, was invaluable & really helped to make sure we saw everything we wanted too. The villa is the perfect location for exploring Rhodes. We hired a car and tended to go off exploring every other day, and either enjoyed the beautiful pool area or we went to one of the beach clubs in Kalathos, on the other days! The villa had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again, it really was a magical place to unwind....and the sunrises are breath taking!! We set an alarm every morning, so we didn't miss one. Having Sky TV to watch on the occasional night was a real bonus too. Thank you Jenny for the use of your piece of paradise!!
Great Villa with fantastic view
By Glenn & Terri on 23-Aug-2026Firstly the view from this villa is best we've ever had from all the villas we have rented over the years,. This Lovely secluded villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need for self catering. Great pool maintained to a high standard. Excellent communication with Jenny the owner who kindly provided provisions for us on our arrival. In addition she very thoughtfully left a 50th anniversary card & a bottle of bubbly for us to celebrate our anniversary !! Jenny also recommended some local taverna's of which Konstantin's was outstanding. A car is essential for this location. During our stay we were visited by several goats, 2 dogs some cats & 3 hornets (Must remember to keep gates closed). Reluctantly we have one gripe that the bathroom shower be upgraded as was a bit tired although it never detracted from our wonderful stay. Certainly would book again if we ever come back to Rhodes

Jenny was a fab host and sent lots of information before our stay and provided a a really good comprehensive welcome pack which was so much appreciated as we arrived late at night/early in the morning. The views and the pool were particularly amazing! The villa is very private but has the security of other villas in the vicinity. Rhodes is such a beautiful island with lots to see and do, if we ever came back we would definitely stay at the villa again!!
two wonderful weeks of vacation
By Rudi & Doris on 09-Jun-2026We spent our summer holiday from June 9 to June 23, 2026, at Villa Avouri on Rhodes and enjoyed every single moment. The villa's location, with its breathtaking sea views and magnificent sunrises, is truly priceless. Before and after our excursions to the nearby beaches and to Lindos, we almost always enjoyed a refreshing swim in the wonderful pool. The villa is exceptionally well equipped for self-catering guests and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nevertheless, we often chose to dine at the local tavernas in the surrounding area. We particularly loved the authentic Greek atmosphere of the “Milos” taverna. A special thank you goes to our host, Jenny. She was always friendly, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. It was clear throughout our stay that she genuinely cared about her guests' well-being. Our stay at Villa Avouri was truly unforgettable and gave us the most beautiful holiday we have ever experienced on the Greek islands. We can wholeheartedly recommend this villa and would be delighted to return in the future.
Fantastic view, perfect pool. Great villa experience
By Tim McKeown on 20-Sep-2025Villa Avouri has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Rhodes. Based on the southern side of the island and just outside Lindos, Kalathos is far enough away from the crowds but a quick walk to the main road or drive and there are plenty of Tavernas and bars. The pool at the villa is bright and sparking and very well maintained , much needed when it’s hot. We spent most of our time outside sitting under the bougainvilleas in pink and orange having a drink or frappe (the villa has a frappe maker) looking over at the never ending sea view out to Haraki. The villa itself has a main bedroom and second bedroom with twin beds which are clean and no fuss. The kitchen, dining and living room is perfect for just us two but would easily suit a family or friends sharing. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. There is a BBQ which we didn’t end up using but wish we had. The kitchen is well equipped which helped for self catering and the washing machine is a huge bonus. It felt like we were the only people there even though there are other villas on the mountain. It’s incredibly private and you get the sun all day. If you plan on just reading books and laying in the sun you couldn’t ask for a better spot. We loved driving around the island by day and then relaxing with the sun going down at the villa. We will be back next year as we really did feel like this was a home away from home for us!
Amazing villa with wonderful views and pool

Beautiful views which was the highlight of the holiday and a stunning pool. The grounds were lovely too. A very private villa and quiet. Jenny was a brilliant host and so helpful for anything we needed. Thank you! Wonderful weather too 30+ degrees.
