Lovely well maintained two bedroom detached villa, sleeps 5 with good sized private pool and beautiful 360 degree countryside views 19 five star reviewsBedrooms include one double and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have balconies with a table and chairs and amazing views of the Greek countryside. With a sofa bed downstairs that sleeps one. Cot and high chair are also available upon request. The villa has two bathrooms, the upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and downstairs WC. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with appliances and kitchen equipment, dining table and chairs. The villa has a TV in the living room lots of English programmes and films
WIFI connection is available throughout the villa. Fans and AC units are located in the living room and both bedrooms. For winter guests there is also a log burning stove in the living room.
The villa boasts a good sized private pool with easy access via the large tiled corner steps and hand rail. Large terraces, spacious patios and garden surrounding the villa with sunbeds, patio lounge furniture, a large dining table and chairs looking across the stunning countryside views. Parasols provided and shade on patios throughout the day. Outdoor shower and large brick BBQ in garden. Driveway for car

The villa is an easy 5 minutes walk into the lively traditional Greek village of Lardos, where you will find several bars and restaurants. There are three supermarkets, a bakeries, two butchers as well as a handful of coffee shops and a gift shop. The Villa is close to Pefkos (10 minute drive) and Lindos (15 minute drive), also good local bus service from Lardos Village. Closest beach is 5 minute drive or 20 minutes walk.
Airport approx 45 minutes away, taxis always waiting but I can recommend car hire companies

Lovely Villa, great location

The villa is in a lovely peaceful location yet only a 5/10 minute stroll into the lovely village of Lardos which has great restaurants and a few bars. Memories bar is a must, all staff were so welcoming. There are regular buses too if you wanted to visit other resorts. It is well equipped with everything you need and immaculately clean and the new upgraded garden and bedroom furniture will make it even better! Pamela and Jennifer are great hosts. They provided us with lots of information to help our holiday run smoothly and were always at hand if ever they were needed. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we are already planning on returning next year!

By John on 19-Aug-2026We stayed at the Olive tree villa as a family of 5 for 14 nights. The host couldn't do enough for us, they made everything easy and you could tell they had a genuine interest in us getting the most out of our stay. They included personal touches that made us feel right at home. The villa is spacious clean and peaceful. The pool is a good size with plenty of toys and games to keep the children happy, there are also sun loungers with parasols. The villa has a BBQ area and two shaded terraces with dining and seating areas. Each bedroom also has it's own terrace. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from this spot. There is also a TV and WiFi. The downstairs and each bedroom have their own air-conditioning units. The location is excellent. We didn't hire a car because there's no need to. The village has an excellent bus service which takes you around the island. Also there's a taxi rank. We mainly got the bus to Lindos (20mins away) where you can explore the winding cobbled street, visit the acropolis, dine at rooftop restaurants or do a beach day at the main beach or st Paul's bay both truly beautiful spots. Lardos village itself is great for dining with 5 local restaurants all with great Greek hospitality and something for everyone on the menu. There's also a few bars, a bakery, butchers, florist and two small supermarkets. There's is also a fantastic gyros takeaway (great for on your way home after the beach). The village has a local Greek festival every other Friday over the summer with stalls selling candyfloss and other sweets treats with live greek music and dancing. All the family really enjoyed this evening and is definitely worth a visit. The beach is walking distance but you can easily get the bus. On the beach there are watersports and you can arrange boat hire(this is a great way to see the beautiful coastline / Beaches) there's also beach bars and restaurants in this area. We loved our stay here and we will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Great Villa in a great location
By Sue Slack on 10-Sep-2025We have just returned from an 18 night stay in Olive Tree villa, it is a great villa in an ideal location, just a 5 minute flat walk to the village square, it is well equipped and the pool is a great size, communication with Pam was excellent with information well in advance, we will definitely consider hiring again when we next return to Lardos.
Lovely stay
By Steve W on 22-Aug-2025Four of us stayed here 22-29 Aug. Its a lovely villa situated 5-10 mins walk form the centre of Lardos. Well stocked kitchen, great outside pool area with nice sunbeds and comfortable inside space. Booking with Pam was really easy with great communication and super information provided about Lardos prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend a visit and we would love to return.
First trip to Rhodes

Great holiday at Olive Tree Villa
By Paula Norris on 27-Jun-2023My husband and I stayed at Olive Tree for a week from 27th June. It was perfect for the two of us. The villa was lovely, well equipped and maintained. The pool was perfect for the hot weather. We particularly loved the short (10 minute flat walk) into the village and the great restaurants and cocktail bars that served lovely food and were so friendly. Having 3 supermarkets to choose from was also an advantage. We also used the local bus service (very convenient stop just outside the bakery) and went to Lindos. Would have gone further afield but it was hot and so we took advantage of having air con and the great pool. Thanks to Pam for the great communication and the lovely chats on the phone. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend a stay at Olive Tree Villa.
