Olive Tree Villa, is a new construction (completed mid 2024) luxury 5 bedroom villa in Lindos, on the edge of Naverone Bay, looking out onto the beautiful blue & turquoise Aegean Sea.
The 330 sqm Villa is approached through secure electric gates along its own private driveway. There is extensive parking close to the front of the Villa for multiple cars /mini vans for your convenience.
The villa is set in 6,000sqm of grounds with extensive fruit tree & herb garden planting, with gardens all around it.
The villa was specifically designed to & has being set tall within it’s grounds, sympathetically built facing towards the sea by an expert family team of Rhodian architects, engineers & building contractors. All of whom have been involved with many luxury developments across the whole of Rhodes. They are themselves Lindians’ & very proud of this bespoke development, a stone’s throw from their own summer family home facing the sea. We are lucky enough to count the whole family as our friends of nearly 15 years.
Once across the traditional Lindian Pebbled (Choklakia) entrance, through the beautiful bespoke handmade oversized front door, you’ll be wowed by the stunning uninterrupted views of the sea, through the wall of glass created by the 3 oversize sliding doors in the open plan living space leading out onto the terrace, outdoor kitchen )inc sink, fridge, oversized gas BBQ & tall entertaining island) 15 metre salt water pool & jacuzzi & extensive Villa gardens.
The villa’s 5 large bedrooms all have Super king/180 x 200cm sized beds. All have their own private ensuite bathroom (2 have baths, as well as showers) with bespoke vanity units & Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware. All bedrooms have
bespoke/handmade fitted cabinetry, side & dressing tables, stool, mirror & hairdryers, all with sliding doors out to
their own seating on the private terraces/courtyards.
The ground floor bedroom (can become a twin upon request) & 2 first floor bedrooms have their own private sea
facing terraces with table & chairs for taking in the breathtaking Lindian sunrises, gazing out at the amazing sea views & star watching in the evenings, whilst taking in the moon reflecting on the dark blue sea at night.
The 2 bedrooms on the lower ground floor (both can be twin on request) have spacious outside courtyards which flood the rooms with light, along with table & chairs offering private peaceful spaces to enjoy the sun & serene sounds of
the sea from.
Central to the lower ground floor is a huge lounge/cinema room with a large wall mounted smart tv & oversized
luxury u shaped sofa. The lower ground floor also houses a separate WC, laundry room with a washing machine & second sink facility, as well as ironing board and iron & airers for drying washing on the outdoor terraces. The plant room on the lower ground floor is accessed from outside at the foot of the external staircase for use by the villa management team only.
The open plan ground floor of the villa (with its wall of huge tall oversize sliding doors) at one end houses the bespoke luxury Italian chef’s kitchen with quartz worksurfaces & over 3 meters oversized quartz island (which doubles as additional dining space) with Neptune designer stools tucked under the overhang.
The kitchen has a large integrated Siemens induction / venting extraction hob. Single oven & 2nd Combination / Microwave oven. Dishwasher, under counter wine cooler & full height fridge & freezers.
The kitchen is equiped with Dualit 3 in 1 Coffee Machine, toaster & kettle along with an abundance of crisp white porcelain dinnerware, glassware, cutlery & utensils. This luxury chef’s kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to accommodate any cooking you wish to do throughout your holidays.
A beautiful designer OKA dining table & Neptune chairs for 10, completes the kitchen & dining area of the villas large bright open plan living space.
A large luxury sofa, beautiful soft furnishings, accent chairs, coffee tables & another wall mounted smart tv complete the open plan living space of this beautiful villa.
Olive Tree Villa is ready to welcome you for a luxury holiday experience in the most beautiful part of Lindos.
We can also accomodate 2 under 10's on slightly smaller folding beds for a small extra charge making the occupancy 12 - there is also a cot & high chair for a baby to take it to 13.
Strictly no parties or gatherings allowed at the villa. This is a luxury property & ensuring the high levels of quality are there for all resident guests is of paramount importance to us & our Greek family / team. We do not allow parties and or batchelor or batchelorette parties, so please no enquiries of this nature as you will be respectfully declined. Strictly (as per the booking form to be completed for each booking) are only the named guests on the booking form permitted to stay in the villa overnight, any others who are found to have stayed in the villa will be respectfully requested to leave by our local management team.
