Enjoy the beauty of Ganema beach just a few steps away in a traditional stone house.Serifos Dream House 1 is the last in the row within the complex, making it a corner house that enjoys dual views—both of the majestic Ganema Bay and the serene hillside. This 65 sqm traditional stone built house with breathtaking sea views accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. All rooms have aircon and mosquito nets.
On the bamboo-roofed balcony, you'll find a peaceful outdoor space furnished with two loungers, two bamboo chairs, and a hammock overlooking the bay—perfect for soaking in the view and the relaxed island atmosphere.
The living area features a 3 seater sofa with stunning views of the beach, a smart TV and a dining table for four that can easily be moved to the balcony for your al fresco meals. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a walk-in stone built shower.
On the lower level—which is a semi-basement with natural light from windows—you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

Rest and comfort in a breathtaking setting of beauty!
By FRANCOISE, fr on 07-Dec-2023Everything was perfect: the attentive welcome, the responsiveness of our host to all our requests and questions, the great comfort of the bedding and the complete equipment, particularly in the kitchen. As for the sea view... it is dazzling! You can enjoy it thanks to a large shaded terrace, furnished with armchairs and comfortable deckchairs. The calm is absolute. The rooms, located in the semi-basement, are pleasantly cool. A large south-facing beach, therefore sheltered from the north wind that often blows in the Cyclades, is directly accessible on foot. The island has retained its authentic charm, far from noisy tourism, while being abundantly supplied with taverns and restaurants, notably in the port of Livadi, accessible in a quarter of an hour by car (essential for getting around and enjoying the many beaches and the grandiose and magnificent landscapes). Nothing to complain about since everything was perfect!

By Katie on 06-Jan-2025Our family of 4 with 2 small children (3yo and 10mo) absolutely loved Takis place in Ganema Bay. We spent lazy mornings on the front porch before eventually making our way to the local beach or another town. Definitely rent a car so you are able to fully explore the island, and so you have more options for restaurants. The guide Takis left us was FULL of excellent recommendations and really helped us get to know Serifos as much as possible over our 8 days there! Takis and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming and had all the baby gear we needed (crib, high chair, stroller) for no extra charge. They even bought us delicious local pastries one morning!! We absolutely loved our time at Taki’s place and could’ve stayed for much longer. Oh- and don’t miss the winery. It was absolutely incredible with a wide open deck for the kids to play while we wine tasted

By Michael - Switzerland on 05-Dec-2022This dream house rightly deserves its name! A dreamlike view from the terrace over the bay, the sound of the sea and cicadas singing. Everything in the house well equipped and arranged with great attention to detail. There was really nothing that we would have missed. Takis was a wonderful host who welcomed us personally and explained everything. Communication was always super fast and helpful. After one week of vacation in the dream house we all felt super relaxed and refreshed.
