Villa Eleanor - in a prime location. One of the very few rental properties within walking distance of Sivota Bay. The Villa is accessed via a tarmac road, not a dirt road as with many other villas in the area.
Welcome to Villa Eleanor a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa, that spans across two floors.
The top floor consists of an open plan fully equipped Kitchen, including 4 burner electric hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker.
The living, dining area, has ample seating room for both dining and lounging. There's also a 43'' smart TV.
Large sliding doors lead to a large balcony with an outside dining table, close to the BBQ. From here you can enjoy spectacular views of the entrance to the bay and neighboring Islands of Ithica and Meganisi. Watching the sail boats come and go throughout the day is just mesmerizing.
Also located on the top floor is one double bedroom with a double bed, A/C and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.
The lower level consists of a large Master Bedroom with a queen size bed, A/C, a floor to ceiling wardrobe, a chest of draws and two bedside tables.
The bedrooms large sliding doors lead to a covered seating / bar area, with bar stools and an under counter fridge. This area leads onto the large patio and the 5mx8m private infinity pool with Roman steps. Out on the patio you will find plenty of loungers and a nice shady corner for a spot of book reading. The lounging area is surrounded by gardens lush shrubs, fruit trees and Olive Trees, which adds to the privacy of the property
Also, on the ground floor you will find a twin bedroom with two single beds, A/C and doors to the pool area. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand basin and a storage cupboard with washing machine.
Villa Eleanor is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk into Sivota Bay, where you will find a mix of restaurants serving traditional dishes and freshly caught fish. Along with several mini markets and a few bakeries serving fresh bread daily and cafes. There's also some souvenir shops and a pharmacy.
The neighboring village of Marantochori is approximately a 5 minute drive from the villa, where you will find two larger supermarkets and a couple of Lovely traditional tavernas. One of our favorite's being Sto Roloi.
There's no end of things to do and places to see in and around Sivota Bay. Why not hire a day boat from Yannis at Ionion Taverna and cruise along the coastline exploring the beautiful caves. You can even pop over to Meganisi for a spot of lunch.
If boating is not for you, the stunning beach of Afteli is approximately a 15 minute drive from the villa, where you will also find a small beach bar serving refreshments.
The larger towns of Vasilki or Nidri are approximately a 20 minute drive from the villa where you will find a mixture of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
You can also book day trips to the neighboring islands of Ithica and Kefelonia from Vasilki port.

Payment Policy:
A 30% deposit is required upon booking and the balance of the payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment accepted in Pounds or Euros (calculated on the exchange rate at the time of booking).
Cancellation Policy:
A 75% refund will be issued for cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 50% refund will be issued up to 6 weeks prior to arrival and a 25% refund thereafter.

Amazing holiday
By Hannah on 06-Oct-2026Villa Eleanor is in a beautiful location about 10 minutes walk down to the bay and 15-20 minutes back up hill (we got very fit) The villa is really well equipped, clean and today and Natalie was so responsive and helpful. The outside pool area is stunning and we loved the terrace for meals. We loved Sivota. Our favourites were the Sivota Bay bakery for breakfast/brunch and then 12 Gods, Stavros and the pizza restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed drinks at the Liotrivi bar right at the other end of the harbour. We used Sivota bay boats to hire a little boat and a rib and were able to visit Ithaca, Kefalonia, Meganisi, Kastos and Kalamos - they recommended delicious tavernas for lunch. All in all a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back. Thank you
Great villa and location
By Dudley and Penny on 26-Sep-2026We returned to Eleanor for the fantastic view, which never fails to impress, and had two weeks of glorious sunshine. The comfortable villa, set in the hillside, is a 15 minute stroll down to the harbour’s tavernas and shops. The infinity pool is a good size and the water was silky smooth and crystal clear - plenty warm enough well into September.

Amazing week at Villa Eleanor in Lefkada, Greece

We made the most of what Sivota had to offer including the many eateries and tavernas, and hired a boat for the day from Yannis at Tavern Ionion. The villa is perfectly situated and only a short walk into the bay. The pool is fantastic and when we weren’t out we spent a lot of time swimming and relaxing around the pool. The villa also benefits from being in a very quiet location. Natalie was the perfect host and made it a very easy and seamless booking experience. The advice on where to go to eat and the suggestions for car and boat hire were also appreciated. We would highly recommend staying at Villa Eleanor and would love to return one day! Robert

By Diana Thornton on 01-Aug-2026From the minute I found the villa the communication with Natalie has been fantastic. The villa is beautiful and the outside space is just perfect. We fell in love with Sivota and the local restaurants and bars especially Yianna’s family restaurant to cocktails in the yacht bar and happy hour in 12 Gods! We hired a car for a few days to explore the island which I would recommend. The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable sunbed and shaded areas and the pool is gorgeous. It is about a 15 minute walk into the bay which is beautiful as are the views from the villa being up the hill. As mentioned I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and thank you Natalie for making our stay so enjoyable. Say hi to Yianna for us, she made our holiday too. Diana & family x
Brilliant Villa - Lovely stay !

It’s a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing place, with plenty of lovely space, a great pool and a beautiful view over Sivota Bay from the outside dining area. The beds were really comfortable and the Wi-Fi was excellent, which was particularly important for the kids! There are also some great restaurants in the bay, with Onore and Sivota Bakery being particular highlights for us. Overall, Villa Eleanor is a lovely place to spend ten days and we would happily return
