Otter Cottage is our brick built, cosy retreat and it has been beautifully decorated in a glamorous Art Deco inspired style.
It has two bedrooms, (one twin and a king-size master), as well as a shared bathroom room, with a bath and a shower over. (Otter cottage is a little quirky, in that access to the master bedroom is via the bathroom).
The kitchen is fully fitted, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as a coffee machine.
Leading from the kitchen is the lounge diner, with sumptuous sofas to lay back on and watch TV, or take in the fabulous views over the deck outside and beyond to the well-stocked fishing lake.
Fishing is exclusively for Mill Farm guests, (a valid rod licence is required). If you wander around the lake and up into the field, you will find a picnic bench with amazing views over the surrounding countryside, and a fire-bowl for toasting marshmallows in the evening. (A campfire kit can be purchased on site). You can also watch the alpacas grazing in their field.
