Rockford is situated very close to Widemouth Bay, an excellent beach for surfing, rock-pooling and picnics, offering enjoyment to all age groups. The local coastal scenery is stunning with easy access to the North Cornwall footpath and the nearby town of Bude provides a wide range of shops and tourist facilities. The property comfortably sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms, a relaxing lounge and a large kitchen/diner. The rear garden offers a safe area for children with a large patio providing open views across fields. There is an external shower unit at the rear. A garage provides room for storage of items like wet suits and beach gear. The front driveways can accommodate 3 parked vehicles and a small additional patio is good for catching late evening sunshine. White linen is provided in all bedrooms and there is heating available throughout the property. The road is quiet with minimal traffic and the property is very easy for young and old alike.

The front garden consists of a small lawn between a double and single driveway. The double drive is separated from a small patio by an ornamental wall and gate. There is an external tap on the single drive next to the garage.
The rear patio is large with an external heated shower for those returning from the beach, 2 patio tables and 10 chairs. There is a lawn bounded by wooden fencing and a field bank which provide security, privacy and shelter. The rear garden is very safe for children and has access to the kitchen/diner and to the hall adjacent to bedroom 2. There is a barbecue available. The rear garden is an excellent place for relaxing at all times but particularly if there are strong winds. The rear garden is sunny during the day and the front patio catches the evening sun.
Small Utility Room housing vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The Garage contains washing-machine and tumble-drier and a fridge-freezer. There is an additional sink and draining board in the garage with worktop and storage space.

Linen is included. Towels are included for house use but not for beach use. The property is always cleaned between holiday lets. Some cleaning materials are available if needed. Optional housekeeping available with extra charge.
