The Cottage combines a Traditional Cornish Cob Cottage with a modern Timber-Framed Structure Designed by Us and a Local Architect with Each Part Seeking to Complement the Other. We believe it has one of the Best Views in North Cornwall. 3/4 Mile from Coastal Path. 1 mile North Cornwall Golf Club. Designed to be Eco friendly, Pv's provide some Electricity. There is a Hot Outside shower, Child and Pet Friendly Garden with a terraced area. Easy Access to Bude Town/Northcott Mouth. Cliff Walks following Coastal Path at Northcott Mouth Beach to Bude Beaches, Sandy mouth and Duckpool. Great Surfing/ Body -Boarding /Swimming at RNLI attended Beaches including Widemouth Bay. Walk to Bude or Sandymouth along the Beach at Low Tide. There is a pub serving food in Poughill within walking distance.

The Cottage is designed to include the Annex which has a separate entrance but is part of the House.It has its own sleeping area on the first floor with a separate ground-floor bathroom with Shower, basin, loo and Ground -floor seating area to facilitate if required two family/generation sharing holidays.. There are full facilities in the Main house where there are 2 of the bedrooms and a bathroom/utility room ,dining room ,kitchen and two sitting areas. Being South Westerly sea facing there are great sunsets with the sun sinking gently into the horizon. Spring , Autumn and Winter can afford a view of the might of the North Atlantic weather-not much between you and America with many beautiful clear days.
Pets are Welcome subject to Completion of a Pet Agreement . A Fee of £25 per pet per booking is payable.
