Away from it all

A lovely stone cottage set in stunning countryside with far reaching views. Well kept and clean with plenty of fuel provided for the open fire, all the utensils you will need in the kitchen. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the towels provided are pleasantly soft. The claw foot is just calling you to relax in the bubbles with a glass in hand ! Outside you will be greeted by Dolly the donkey, Zara and her daughter Flicka so remember to take plenty of carrots and apples with you as they are very demanding although very friendly too. All in all a really good rental house for getting away from it all with lots of walks nearby. The Knights Table pub (around a mile) serves good food too.
Lovely home away from home

Had a lovely couple of days break here, had a great stay, the house is really nice, clean and well looked after. We arrived in the dark and the fire had been lit and a bottle of mulled wine left for us. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans you could need. We were left plenty fuel to keep the fire going to be extra cosy. The pub up the road was closed on the monday and tuesday so we went a bit further along the road for a lovely meal.
