Description

A light and airy apartment which has been renovated luxuriously and sympathetically. It benefits from a south west aspect and is situated on the third floor of this six floor block. Access to the third floor is possible by lift or staircase. Each floor enjoys a well-decorated landing. With only four units on each floor, the ambiance is welcoming.
Upon entering the 48m2 apartment, you are immediately drawn to the large triple window which overlooks the prestigious street below, pulling your gaze to the hills of the Croix des Gardes in the distance; the ever changing scene is a constant pleasure. It is only when you turn around to actually notice the apartment that you will appreciate the open feel, smooth marble floors and comfortable yet contemporary decor. Generously sized and perfect for two guests.
Residence 99 is only a few minutes walk from the seafront where you will find the beaches, the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, the two ports and the public gardens. The other major attractions such as restaurants, bars, shops, cinemas and the old quarter of Le Suquet are on the doorstep. The train station and bus stops are between five and ten minutes walk, depending on your personal speed. We love using the local ferries to travel to the islands or along the coast.
The apartment is easy to access using a variety of transport options.
An underground garage is available and the use of this is complimentary.
The fact that we have not needed to advertise for the past ten years speaks for itself!

Unforgettable Cannes holiday

I would highly recommend this elegant, well - appointed and well - equipped apartment which is in a great location. Ideally situated within 5 - 10 minutes of shops, good restaurants and the beach, it has excellent transport facilities nearby enabling the visitor to easily access other coastal towns and Nice airport. This was my third stay in this appartment and I look forward to another visit in the autumn.

Great to be Back!

We have just returned from our !st holiday after covid and were delighted to find that the flat was as we remembered; clean, comfortable and well equipped. The position is ideal - a short stroll to the Croisette , shops and excellent restaurants. We also took advantage of the short bus ride to the old town of Le Cannet and even a train ride to Golfe Juan, We returned rejuvenated and can’t wait for another break. Thank you Helen. Tom and Alma

Simply the Best!

5 Stars. Three words sum up this apartment in Cannes - SIMPLY THE BEST. We were lucky enough to get a lead for it back in 2012 and since then we have stayed in it ELEVEN times. The last time was in 2019 as covid frustrated us over the last two years. Now well into our 80’s we have had to take great care and no foreign holidays. Oh, how we have missed our favourite ‘holiday home from home’. We are certain you can’t fail but agree. Tony and Pat
