Peaceful retreat

By Yoon Loke on 21-Dec-2023

A very well-appointed studio in peaceful surroundings. A great base for exploring the beautiful Dorset attractions. Very comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen and generous supplies of amenities.

Just about perfect

What a lovely spot. As described already a perfect bolt hole for a couple. The property is clean, comfortable and well equipped. An added bonus - set in a secluded setting so quiet and peaceful.

Nicest holiday space ever

By Lindsay Cross on 27-Dec-2022

Just returned from a lovely stay in Little Barn and can't wait to go again. The interior is so well designed and contains literally the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in. The space is secluded and spacious and feels "out in nature" despite being located close to Dorchester. The view of the river was stunning and we saw a heron fishing on the banks which was magical. Highly recommend.

Thank you Lindsay and Ben for your lovely review of Little Barn. We hope to see you again.

Another very enjoyable stay at Little Barn

By Steve Lake on 23-Sep-2022

Little Barn is a super property in a beautiful setting. This was the fourth time we have stayed at Little Barn (the third time this year!) and we plan to return many more times. The way the property is set up, together with the grounds within which it is set, make it a place where you cannot fail to relax. The garden is wonderful for wildlife lovers. On this occasion alone we saw a Deer, Little Egrets, Pheasants and Herons. Previously we have also seen Green and Great Spotted Woodpeckers, and Tree Creepers. Finally, I must mention the owners, who are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and who do everything they can to make you feel most welcome. We are looking forward to our next stay at Little Barn and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting.
