Description

This is my family home. A semi-detached house built mid 1960’s in a quiet location within 15 minute walking distance of the attractive City of Truro with many lovely bars and cafes, street market (Wednesday and Saturday)and Hall for Cornwall . It is also on a bus route. There is a corner shop very close by and Waitrose within walking distance or 5 minutes drive away. The house is well located for visiting both North and South coasts of Cornwall and river walks nearer by. I will be very happy to offer advice on places to visit.
The house is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and single oven with extractor over . There is a 4 slice toaster and small microwave in addition to all other equipment you would expect to find. There is an adjoining utility room with washer/dryer, sink and drinks fridge. This room also leads into the rear garden or into the carport. There is a downstairs toilet. Smart tv in lounge and plug in amplifier+speakers to stream music/radio from your phone (compatible with iPhone/Samsung). There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (and a 4th room which will not be available to you) and a modern bathroom. Two double bedrooms and a bedroom with children’s bunk beds (3ft) with a dolls house! Travel cot available.
Carbon monoxide/ fire detectors fitted both upstairs and downstairs. Fire blanket in kitchen.
There is no Wi-fi but the 4G coverage is excellent, my family visit regularly and have no problem working from here using mobile data.
