The mill was converted to apartments in the mid 80s. It has private parking, private access, bathroom, lounge dinner, double & single bedrooms All rooms overlook the river and a patio. See link on dunblane info website for direct contact details. There is ramped access to the apartment, which has its own front door.
There are no internal steps.
Guest access The heated shared pool is approximately 8m by 5m and accessed via a separate entrance.
The apartment has a patio area which overlooks the river with a bench table outside.

Anthony provided an excellent apartment in an excellent location in Dunblane, next to the river and very close to the Dunblane centre. Great walks, great cafe's and pubs, close to the train station and easy access by car to the Trossachs.

The photos don't do this apartment justice. It is a lovely, homely place; Large rooms that are light and airy. The position of the apartment is ideal; close to rail, parking for cars and within walking distance of Dunblane centre, eateries and river paths, but it is also quiet. Anthony's communication, including directions prior to stay and also helpful guides during the visit were great. I will definitely stay here again .

Anthony was an amazing host that responded quickly to all inquiries. The apartment was very comfortable with satellite, Wi-Fi, and a nice selection of movies. The bedroom window is right next to a beautiful river with a lovely bridge that crosses over into Dunblane. It’s also only a few miles from Stirling with its formidable castle and the National Wallace Monument. This is an absolute MUST STAY if you’re in the area.
