A great place to stay !

A great place to stay! Exceptionally clean, great size for a family, friendly and responsive hosts, short walk to train station for direct service (30min) to London (Waterloo). Everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including some food and drinks on arrival. I highly recommend Martin's beautiful house. Everything was perfect.

Fabulous House to rent near London

Highly recommended!!! We stayed here during October Half-term in 2013 and 2015 (it was booked unfortunately in 2014) and used this house as a base for visits to London (30mins by train after 5min walk to the station), Chessington (15mins by car), Thorpe Park (45 mins by car) and Legoland (60mins by car). This house is as lovely as it looks and the small extra touches of a welcome food basket containing milk, butter, bread, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and eggs was really helpful. There is a shop opposite for anything extra you need and plenty of local take-outs. The house is modern and has everything you will need. It's well maintained and very clean. The communication from the owners is excellent. I would happily book this house again with no qualms and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent base

Sunnybank House was a great base to spend a few days exploring London, particularly if you have a car. We travelled to Hampton Court (20 mins by car) and Windsor (45 minutes by car) and you can be at Waterloo Station in 30 minutes from the local station which is literally 2 or 3 minutes walk from the house. The house itself is very well equipped, comfortable and warm. The beds are also very comfortable which is a rarity in many rental properties! The owner was great to deal with and we will would certainly book again next time we visit
