The Lookout cottage at the prestigious award winning holiday village “The Bay” Filey, is a stunning detached 2 bedroom dog friendly property which sleeps 5 plus 1 baby,
This cottage has one of the most desirable postions at The Bay, with a balcony and sea view.

Parking for 2 cars is at the front of the property.

The cottage features: Entrance hall and cloakroom with downstairs WC. Lounge / Kitchen / Dining – a generous open plan lounge / kitchen / dining with a fully fitted contemporary style kitchen with all integrated appliances and dining area with spacious dining table and seating for 5 people.
Bi-fold patio doors lead onto the furnished patio with outdoor seating surrounded by a large shared garden and landscaped grounds.

The Master bedroom – A double bed, drawer unit and TV mounted on the wall as well as a beautiful balcony and sea view. The second bedroom – generous size with bunks and a single bed, wardrobe and side table. The bathroom is a family bathroom with a shower over bath, cabinet and WC.

Our house offers a easy access to the entrance which is ideal for prams/pushchairs. We supply a cot and highchair free of charge. For a small fee we will welcome well behaved dogs (2 max).

The Bay Filey holiday village is located on the North Yorkshire coast and offers an unrivalled setting for a perfect holiday set in superb surroundings with fantastic beach access.

You are given a leisure pass which gives you free access to the heated indoor swimming pool. sauna, steam room, and gym. On site there is also a pub/restaurant, pizza eatery, shop, games room, football pitch, tennis court, basketball, table tennis, boules courts and children's play area. The Bay also offers some chargeable bookable activity sessions.

The award-winning resort is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area, or spending time on-site with the family, perfect for short breaks and holidays all year round.
