On the first floor the property comprises five bedrooms; one double with en suite shower room, a further double with wash basin, a twin room with wash basin, a twin room with bunk beds, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
The property also offers a DVD player, oil-fired central heating, a brick built barbecue, parking and is a quarter mile from the beach.

For some of the most panoramic views of this lovely coastline stay at Orchard House, a beautiful, large, detached property only a short distance from the beach.
Orchard House stands in its own secluded orchard and garden, overlooking Start Bay and the surrounding rolling countryside. A footpath runs by the side of the house and leads onto the South West Way coastal footpath. Turn right to the ruins of the old Hallsands fishing village, Start Point lighthouse, the superb Mattiscombe and Lannacombe beaches, Prawle Point and East Portlemouth. From here you can take the passenger ferry to Salcombe opposite, with lots of sailing activities on offer. Alternatively, turn left on the footpath to the fishing village of Beesands, Torcross, Slapton Sands, Slapton Leigh, Strete, Blackpool Sands, Stoke Fleming and on to the famous naval town of Dartmouth.
Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are both approximately eight miles away. There are plenty of local pubs with excellent menus including 'The Cricket Inn' at Beesands, 'The Church House Inn' at Stockenham and 'The Millbrook' at South Pool.
