This neat, simple little house, built in 1905, is less than ten minutes walk from the town center, conference centre and supermarket and adjacent to the railway line (infrequent, day time operating only). It has only recently been renovated from scratch and is new to the letting market in Harrogate.

The townhouse has two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The kitchen and utility rooms are well equipped with all new appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bathroom suite with an over the bath shower is modern, as are all fixings, fittings and furniture. The living room is comfortably arranged with two large sofas and the house is centrally heated throughout. The entrance to the house is via the seating area at the back of the house.
