Teal Cottage is a pretty Grade 2 listed cottage in the centre of Holt, an elegant Georgian market town. The cottage is open plan downstairs with a wood burner and well equipped kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is downstairs, with a slipper style bath and a tiled shower area. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, a twin and a double. Owned by Jenny and James, it is a much loved second home, that they use themselves for family holidays. Holt is a pretty and traditional Georgian market town with an excellent choice of independent shops, cafes and galleries to while away the day, with the famous Norfolk coast just a few minutes’ drive. A fantastic base to explore all the area has to offer.

Entrance: through gate to rear of property.
Entrance hallway: with hanging for coats and boot storage.
Kitchen: extremely well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Dining table with 4 chairs, tiled floor.
Sitting Area: wooden floor with rugs, wood burner, sofa, two chairs, coffee table and lamps. Selection of books and games. TV.
Bathroom: slipper style bath, tiled shower, WC and basin. Cupboard with washing machine.
Stairs to first floor
Bedroom 1: double bed, with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin bed room with bedside table and lamps.
Outside: there is a pretty courtyard garden to the rear (note neighbouring property has right of way through this to adjoining property) with garden furniture and BBQ
Holt is an elegant Georgian market town, with a wide variety of independent shops, cafes and galleries. There are so many places to eat, you will be spoilt for choice. The renown Byfords is a must! Larners of Holt, known as the Harrods of Norfolk, has the most incredible food hall where you can purchase all manner of fine foods and wines. The cheese counter alone is worth the visit. The North Norfolk coast is just a few minutes drive away.
