With views to the Wash over the pitch and putt course and only a short walk into the popular village of Old Hunstanton, this property easily caters for a family of up to six and a baby at any time of year. It offers very comfortable accommodation and is situated on the outskirts of the town. The Cliff top cafe is 5 minutes walk and serves all day breakfast and treats for your dog too. Old Hunstanton with its village shop, deli with fresh bread, Post Office, Golf Course, selection of pubs and restaurants, are all about a 5 minute walk. The beach and cliffs are also a 5 minute stroll and in the other direction, Hunstanton is about 20 walk along the cliff tops or a minute’s drive to the town centre or supermarkets. It is also a perfect position for watching the annual November bonfire and firework display!

If you wish to get to town and leave the car behind, the ‘land train’ travels regularly from the cliff tops, right through to the other side of town – perfect to take in the panoramic views of the Wash and beyond, even in inclement weather! The Coast Liner bus stops just a few doors away.

Well-furnished and equipped with gas central heating throughout, Honeystone's offers good quality accommodation with wraparound decking extending to the rear enclosed garden, safe for children, dogs, sunbathing and eating ‘al fresco’!

Both entrances have shallow steps. Entrance door into Kitchen with electric oven and hob, leading through to 'L' shaped dining area and lounge with Freeview TV/DVD/I- Player, Netflix (please use own membership) and views over to the sea. Hallway with side door to decked patio. Bathroom with bath (shower over), WC and washbasin. Separate WC.

3 Bedrooms; Bedroom 1 with a double with en-suite shower room having a shower and washbasin only. (no wc) Bedroom 2 with twins. Bedroom 3 with a single bed that has a trundle bed (converts from single to a ‘plus one’ on the floor or raises to form a king but floor space gets limited). Please note when the trundle bed is made to a king size, this will be with 2 single duvets.
