In a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the cottage is perfectly situated in the picturesque village of Kingsand. The SW Coastal path is 100m from the door. Cosy Cottage is well equipped with all you might need. Comfortably and tastefully furnished. We have good, unlimited broadband and a sunny, south facing patio area in front of the house with views out to sea and across the village.

The cottage is on three levels, the stairs are fairly steep. On each level are:
Ground floor: Kitchen. Single bedroom. Toilet. Outside patio and front door.
First floor: Living, dining room with sofa and two comfy chairs. Dining table with 4 chairs. T.V and DVD. Books and games.. Back door leading to back passage.
Second floor: Sizeable quiet double bedroom. Super comfy, super kingsize bed. Bedside tables and lamps. Built in double wardrobe. Chest of drawers. Chair. Bathroom with bath, shower, sink, W.C and shaving mirror, wall mirror.

This is the perfect spot for walking, swimming, relaxing. The five village pubs / restaurants are all excellent. The small Spar stocks a great selection of food and essentials. There is a deli and cafe, a post office and two gift shops.

Kingsand and Cawsand are twined village by the sea. The three small Kingsand beaches, 3 pubs and shops pubs are 3 - 5 minutes walk from the house. The Cawsand beach, pubs and cafe are 5 - 10 minutes walk.

The beaches all allow dogs - as do the pubs and tea room..

Suitable for children over the age of 8. One well behaved dog by arrangement. Please ask about suitability regarding the stairs. Parking is either in one of the nearby legal spots in the village or in the car park about 3 mins down the hill. It is possible to pull up to. load and unload only.
