Wylde Goose Farm is a brand new holiday cottage (opening at the end of January 2024), recently renovated to a high standard, situated in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands on the outskirts of Leek.
Beautifully renovated to a high standard, Wylde Goose Farm offers stylish and spacious accommodation in the village of Bradnop, close to the market town of Leek and on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park.
Bradnop is ideal if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life and enjoy a real countryside retreat. The cottage provides fantastic views of the countryside with wonderful walks accessible right from the doorstep. We are situated in a peaceful location whilst being close to all local tourist spots, with easy access top UK attractions nearby.
Wylde Goose Farm is the perfect getaway for families or friends, sleeping up to six adults in three bedrooms, with room for an additional infant in a travel cot.
The property can also accept two dogs (to be kept downstairs only).

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/grill, hob and microwave as well as kettle and toaster. Guests will have access to all of the equipment and utensils they will need to cook and serve six people.
Down the hallway is a lovely living area with comfy sofas and television.
You will also find a downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin as well as a washer/dryer.
At the top of the stairs on the first floor you will find a twin bedroom. All beds are made up ready for the arrival of guests and towels are provided.
The second bedroom is a good sized double room with beautiful views out over the surrounding countryside.
Between these two bedrooms sits a washroom comprising shower, WC and hand basin.
At the end of the hallway is our king size master room which comes with its own ensuite bathroom and cupboard space.
All of our bedrooms have Freeview TVs and there is WiFi connection throughout the property.
We do ask that dogs remain downstairs at all times.
Outside:
Externally there is a lawn area with patio to allow for al fresco dining.
There is ample parking for multiple cars and the garden area is enclosed to allow dogs to run around. We ask that you please clean up after your dogs.
We are able to offer a hot tub as an optional extra should you wish to hire one during your stay. Please speak to us for more details and prices.
Wylde Goose Farm is situated only 5 minutes from the market town of Leek which offers a variety of cafes, pubs, restaurants, markets and independent retailers.
Other places for a day trip include Stoke-on-Trent and The Potteries, the spa town of Buxton and the lively market town of Bakewell.
There are a wide range of attractions to suit all ages very close by including Alton Towers which is only a 20 minute drive away with Peak Wildlife Park, The Roaches, Churnet Valley Steam Railway, Rudyard Lake and Tittesworth Reservoir all around 10 minutes away by car.
Located on the edge of the Peak District, this is a superb local area for outdoor pursuits, cycling, walking and more.
