A detached, two bedroom bungalow, it has recently been renovated throughout with spacious lounge, newly fitted kitchen, conservatory, bathroom and two bedrooms. A large enclosed garden, not overlooked, surrounds the property. There is plenty of space in the entrance porch for coats and boots and parking for 2 cars on the drive. WiFI throughout.

One dog welcome (dog bed available free of charge). Strictly non smoking. Welcome pack on arrival. Information and leaflets on local attractions/places to visit in the property.

Aswell as the beach just 7-8mins walk, the cottage is within walking distance of the high street and only a 5 minute walk access to a bus route. There's a host of attractions and outdoor activities on your doorstep. Walking along the prom or strolling along on the wide, very clean sandy beach or walking in the more challenging Lincolnshire Wolds. Skegness and Mablethorpe are close by for numerous holiday activities for the family.
