Single story converted luxury coach house style self catering. Hot Tub & Pizza Barn available for private use. The Coach House is attached to the main family home. Featuring own private garden and large parking area. Two double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Two modern bathrooms one with bath and one with shower. Oil fired central heating and gas cooking hob. Very well equipped with private patio and outside dinning.

The pizza/barbecue BARN is designed for outside catering in the woods, whatever the weather. You can plan ahead & not be rained off. Stay out late into the evenings under a patio heater in the Barn. The Barn is a beautiful place to enjoy food with the company of good friends and family. Priced separately.

Luxury 5 seater HOT TUB on your own private patio. Outdoor shower conveniently located next to the hot tub with single button operation for hot water showers before and after your hot tub relaxation. We take hygiene very seriously and the water in your hot tub has been freshly filled for your stay with us. Priced separately.

This property is well laid out and beautifully presented. The building is an interesting creation following the classical farm dwellings of the turn of eighteenth century architecture. Built as in this period, in stages as the farm developed in prosperity. Generously wooded this is a quiet rural location, 6 minutes drive from the M1 motorway. The garden for The Coach House is southwest facing and completely enclosed. The patio is perfectly situated for the afternoon and evening sun.

The BARN and the HOT TUB are booked and payed for separately to THE Coach HOUSE. This way we can offer you the best management of your stay with us.

We all had a fabulous stay, the house was perfect for our party of six and the hot tub was the winner! A wonderful way to relax the day after a family wedding while waiting for Sunday roast dinner made in the well equipped kitchen. Clem was more than helpful from booking to arrival. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

A perfect location for a break. A beautiful location. Well equipped kitchen for a staycation. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The hot tub was a huge hit. 4/16/2021 at 8:19 AM
