The apartment is within a 170 year old farmhouse building which is close to the Super Morzine bubble lift, the town centre and the swimming pool complex.
It's location is ideal for a stroll into town, but it's on a quiet back road so that it's peaceful at night.
The apartment is over 2 floors and will sleep a maximum of 6 people in 2 bedrooms.
It has an open plan lounge, a kitchen/diner, and a bathroom on each floor.
There is access to ski and bike storage in the garage, and to a boot dryer and drying room.

Free WIFI is available.

Both bedrooms have twin beds, and the larger bedroom has a balcony with a view of the Pleney slope in Morzine.
The ground floor has a bathroom with a shower, a hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
The first floor bathroom has a shower over the bath, a hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, small electric hob and a combination oven.
The lounge has a sofa bed (which makes up into 2 single beds) and opens into the kitchen/dining area.
A DVD & CD player is provided with a selection of films and music.
Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as a starter pack of basic groceries for your arrival.
The apartment is normally let on a weekly basis, with Saturday changeovers, but please ask about longer/shorter stays outside of the main ski season.

The owners, Paul & Nina Dally live on site and we are available for advice on all aspects of your holiday.
We can arrange transfers from Geneva airport, help with ski, board and bike hire, and book local restaurants for you.

Maximum skiing, maximum attention to detail

Lovely people who made a short window as ski-intensive as possible for us. From transfers, to ski hire and lift passes, and a great breakfast every day, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic - thanks! A really good location for the buses, and easy to walk to/from town. Highly recommended and really nice people who know the area really well.

The property and apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, finished to a good standard, with everything in its place and everything WORKED! If you are driving it may be worth checking on parking arrangements - we were the only guests with a car at the time I believe and space seemed limited, but no doubt Paul and Nina would have some solution. The boot drying was taken care of by Nina and Paul overnight and skiis were securely stored in the garage. Wet kit could be dried in the boiler room which was a plus. Paul and Nina were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful-nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Although the apartment was self catering, Paul brought us fresh bread and croissants to order every morning at a very reasonable charge and there was quite a variety of basic items available for use in the cupboards. The Super Morzine lift seemed to be more than the stated 7 minutes flat walk when carrying skiis and wearing ski boots, but is do-able. We opted to drive to other parts of the area which was a benefit, since we could get to the skiing much quicker than by taking the bubble. If not driving I would recommend taking the option of delivery of equipment to the chalet. A walk into the town in the evening was a refreshing and pleasant stroll and there are a number of good bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a reasonable supermarket in the town, or for larger shops we drove to Saint-Jean- d'Aulps where there is a larger supermarket to cater all needs. We would certainly stay there again - winter or summer, and would definitely recommend it to friends.
