Beautifully styled and superbly situated in popular Perranporth, Tolcarne is the perfect property to bring along all the family! The property is well-equipped and furnished with a contemporary and refreshing style - there is plenty of space to relax and unwind.

On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area features views over the large garden which can also be accessed through the patio doors. The kitchen is amply equipped with all mod-cons including two electric ovens and a wine cooler! The large dining table offers settings for up to 8 people and there is also a sofa for guests to relax whilst awaiting a delicious supper. The ground floor is also home to a double bedroom and a shower room.

On the first floor, a comfy nautical-themed lounge boasts a large smart TV (with DVD player) and access to the balcony over looking the garden. There are 3 bedrooms on the same floor, the first features access to the balcony, an en-suite shower room and a comfy king-size bed. The other two bedrooms offer a glimpse at the sea and the ability to be made up as twin or a king configuration. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor and features all conveniences including a bath tub - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration!

Outside there is a large fenced garden at the rear of the property featuring a patio area that provides an idyllic setting for outdoor dining and socialising with friends or family. To the front of the property, there are two large balcony areas with outdoor seating that overlook the manicured front gardens. There is ample parking for two vehicles and the property also has an outdoor shower area.

Local to the property, the small town of Perranporth offers all the conveniences from shops to takeaways and a fine selection of restaurants. It's beautiful sandy beach offers plenty of water sports opportunities including surfing and bodyboarding! The beach is dog-friendly all year round and walkers can be enticed by the offer of the famous South West Coast Path being close-by. There are plenty of activities to do locally, including golf and horse riding - something for everyone to enjoy!

A big house for a very reasonable price.

The house was lovely, big, modern and clean with all the facilities you would expect. Walking distance to town and the beach. We did have an issue with the toilet in the en-suite but Breakwater were quick replying to messages with suggestions to fix it. (And there were 2 other toilets to use!).

Would highly recommend. Would love to go back next year!!

Tolcarne was a beautiful place to stay and we had a fab week there, despite the wet weather. So many things to do within walking distance - there was something for everyone.

The property is on a small residential plot but it is quiet and for me perfectly located to my family that live in Perranporth. It is also only a walk away from the small high street and beach, but is is downhill so remember you have to walk back up!! The property is immaculate and has every amenity that you could wish for; even had sugar in the cupboard which was great as I’d forgot mine. The welcome pack that was left was unexpected but a lovely thankful gesture, (even had a treat for my dog!) All in all I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking again.
