Description
Warwick Lodge, Perranporth is a spacious, detached property, situated just uphill from the beach and village and enjoys glorious sea and beach views from the first floor double bedroom and it's decked balcony. It is located about 5 minutes walk from the village in a quiet road off Liskey Hill.Awarded 4* grading by Visit England and The AA. Ultrafast 900mb WiFi included.
The Lodge sleeps 9, with 4 bedrooms; two upstairs and two downstairs. The master bedroom with knig size bed boasts fantastic sea views and a balcony. There are two bathrooms, the upstairs with a power shower and the downstairs with a shower and bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for any laundry needs you may have during your stay.
The living and dining area are part of a large open plan space, with plenty of seating. French doors and patio doors lead onto the large decked patio area and garden at the back of the house. The property has been very tastefully extended by the previous owners and this brings the extra open plan and balcony space.
There is full double glazing and gas central heating, and a log-burner for an extra cosy stay if you come outside of the summer season!
Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There is also parking space for two medium size vehicles.

Fantastic Location near a Beautiful Beach
By Darran Carey on 31-Aug-2024A really nice spacious 4 bedroom house just a few minutes walk to the town centre and the beach at Perranporth. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and answered all e-mails in a timely fashion. The house was clean and had all the amenities required including super-fast broadband connection. The street itself is very quiet and no issues with parking or noise. We are already considering returning next year as it is a great base from which to explore the area.
