Immaculately presented and professionally cleaned.
This beautiful Mount Batten Town House is fitted with plazma TV's , Sky and freeview and broadband. The stunning Bridge restaurant and bar is a 2 minute walk away. The property is in a private 'Residents Only' development and provides easy access to the whole of Devon and Cornwall.
Bed linen , towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking and no 'stags' or groups. Beaches, shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. Most things are possible.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and offers 4 bedrooms: on the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds per room and en-suite shower room with double doors leading on to a terraced patio area with seating looking out on to the marina. The other bedroom has again 2 single beds and fitted plazma TVideal for elderly paremts/ grandparents wishing to have their own self contained space. There is also a cloakroom, and a separate WC. On the first floor is the fittedkitchen with double oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and many useful extras, and the lounge/diner that has patio doors leading to a balcony with full waterfront and Plymouth views. The second floor offers 2 further bedrooms, 1 twin with bunk beds 1 Master double with views over the water and en-suite with jack and jill access to the bedroom and hallway.
Outside there is a terrace with waterside views.
The front of the property provides 2 parking spaces.
I ask for a refundable Damage/Security deposit of £250 payable with the balance.
I ask for a £500 deposit to secure the holiday.

Perfect Holiday

We are a family of 10 ranging in ages from 1 years old to 67 years old. This house is beautiful, spotless clean with everything you could need for a fab weeks holiday, We usually do beach holidays and this house was a bit different from our usual but we could not have been happier. We had 2 babies and 2 teenagers and within a short walk or drive or ferry trip there was so much to do and see for all ages The local mount batten beach was a 5 minute walk shingle and rocky and very quiet, Bovida d beach a 10 minute drive fabulous and safe for swimming sand castle building and a full day of chilling Tinside Lifo a 10 minute ferry ride followed by 10 minute walk with stops for ice cream and coffees along the way was a lovely day out as was the swimming and diving platforms nearby We are not water sport enthusiasts but for anyone that is you have a great water sports centre 2 mins walk from house, 1 fab day out for half our party was the zip wire and giant swing half and hours drive away for the thrill seekers Alec the owner of the house was very good with communication before booking, during booking and during our stay and I can not fault him or his property in way Thank you for a perfect holiday in your beautiful house in the most wonderful location and I will 100% be booking again

Our family of 6 have just spent a week on holiday here. The location is superb, right on the marina, a five minute walk to the water taxi to the Barbican with the beaches and South Devon Coastal Path just a short drive away. The Bridge restaurant with its outdoor terrace is 2 minutes from the property. The house is spacious and modern with everything you could possibly need provided. The balconies (there are two) are just perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, so quiet and peaceful overlooking the marina. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

We were sailing at Mount Batten activity centre. The house was a perfect location for us. Parking for 2. We had a super time in this comfortable, well appointed house.
