Well Presented.

The property is a three bedroom semi-detached house. It is situated in the attractive town of Portstewart on the majestic north coast. The town has a picturesque harbour and promenade with a two-mile long beach.

On the Promenade you will find a children’s play area, paddling pool and more.

The house is off the main road , literally about a six minute/0.8km walk to the Promenade.

There is an open plan Living/Dining Area and a separate Kitchen downstairs, with two double and one single (with sturdy bunks) bedrooms upstairs. The living/dining area, hall and upstairs bedrooms all have wooden floors. The stairs and landing are carpeted.

Outside there is a garage where you can hang your wet suits, store your surfboards, bicycles, etc. There is quite a large front side garden and enclosed side and rear gardens to keep the little ones safe. On the rear patio there is garden furniture (table and chairs). Fuel for the fire is also available in the coal-house. Wi-fi is available.(unlimited and free)

There are so many things to see and do in the area and beyond. Here are a few suggestions;

- wonderful coastal walks.
- Stroll down to the Promenade and peruse the shops
- ideal for relaxing break - Scenery, Golf, Beach - Walk from the house, over the hill to the coastal path, the Strand, Barmouth or the Promenade and beyond.
- Play bowls, tennis, putting, golf or surf on Portstewart Strand Within a few miles there are Golf courses in Portstewart (3), Portrush (2), Bushmills and a 9 hole course between the two Ports.

A fabulous stay at Seafield Park

By Frances Nelson on 26-Aug-2020

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spotless and really well equipped (including buckets and spades!) for adults and children with a safe, enclosed garden. Geoff and Hilda were extremely accomodating, especially as we had to delay our arrival for 2 days. We had a brilliant time exploring with our 4 young children. We can highly recommend 'sledging' down the sand-dunes at White Rocks beach, playing in the sea at the strand and a visit to the Giant's Causeway. We had a delicious (socially distanced) meal at the Bothy near Ballintoy - and the harbour there is an absolute treasure (especially for Game of Thrones fans!!). We would also highly recommend the butterscotch ice cream at Morelli's. This was a really special week away seeing family locally after lock down (we live in England) and we felt very safe staying at Seafield Park, thank you!

Our fave holiday home

By Sarah Mulligan on 31-Jul-2020

Another super week spend in Seafield Park. We have lost count of our summers spent here. The house is a great location, short walk down into portstewart. It is clean and well equipped. Great for children and a nice enclosed space at the back to play in. Geoff and Hilda are extremely welcoming and great to deal with. Hopefully see you both next year! Xx
