Hillcroft is a substantial 4 bed Victorian mid-terraced house sleeping up to eight, with accommodation spread over three floors. Just a few minutes’ walk from the village centre and with lovely views, this spacious property is ideally positioned to take advantage of all that Salcombe has to offer.

Salcombe is a bustling seaside town renowned for sailing, boutique shopping and great places to eat and drink. The estuary is a mecca for sailors or all ages and abilities and the coastal walks offer stunning views.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, from Hillcroft it’s just a short walk to the passenger ferries that take you across to East Portlemouth, Mill Bay and Sunny Cove – or down stream to the beaches at North and South Sands.

You enter Hillcroft into a lobby area that has space for coats, wellies or wet suits. This leads through into an open plan dining/lounge area.

Recently decorated and lovingly restored, this spacious room is the perfect space to relax after a hard day at the beach! With comfortable sofas and a large farmhouse table there is plenty of room for everyone. Also on this floor is a fully fitted kitchen and back door leading to the rear garden.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the top floor. The front room is a twin room with beds that can be hooked together to create a double. Bed 4 has one single bed.

Outside there is a good sized tiered garden with lots of space for al fresco dining.
