The sitting room has squashy sofas and a woodburner for cosy evenings. To one end is a quiet snug with another sofa, perfect for reading or just sitting. The kitchen is well designed and extremely spacious, the cook in your family will enjoy the range cooker and other quality appliances. With the dining table sitting in the centre of this space, this kitchen is made for special family meals and memories.
On the first floor landing you will see the funky dressing area, with mirror and a fabulous chair, great for Instagram photos! There are two bedrooms on this floor the master which is extremely spacious, with a king sized bed and a Smart TV and has a small en suite shower room, plus a good sized twin room. The bathroom is a real place to escape to, very spacious with a free standing bath and separate shower.
On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms, another king sized bedroom and a twin.
Outside the gardens are well laid out with a dining area beneath a pergola, beautifully lit for the evenings. At the bottom of the garden is a cabin with a football table in, a really nice room for children to chill out in on their own, or competitive football after dinner!
