No 5 Thurlestone Rock is a beautiful spacious top floor (up 2 flights of stairs) apartment with stunning uninterrupted sea views across the beach at South Milton Sands towards Thurlestone with an uninterrupted view of the infamous Thurlestone Rock.

Burgh Island is in the distance and on a clear day you can see right into Cornwall. From the rear of the apartment you also have wonderful rural views of unspoilt farmland.

Situated on the top floor, apartment 5 has 3 spacious bedrooms, large, dual aspect living/dining room; fully fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

When you first enter Apartment 5 the immediate feeling you get is one of so much space! You enter into a large bright and airy hallway with doors leading off to all the other spacious rooms in this lovely apartment.

The living room is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, television and DVD player, dining table with seating for 6. This is a dual aspect room with views over the outdoor heated swimming pool and doors leading out on to the balcony from which you can enjoy wide ocean views.

Bedroom 1, the master, has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds that can be joined together to create another king size bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and additional fridge.

Outside there is a heated swimming pool during the summer months, large patio areas with bar b que facilities and lower sun deck. There is also a poolside hut. Guests have one allocated parking space plus visitors parking.

The area is a paradise for walkers with the South Devon footpath running alongside the apartment block. For golfers there are the testing links courses of Thurlestone and Bigbury close by.

The nearby town of Salcombe is a must for shopping, eating and of course, its ice cream!
