Bus route on the doorstep.
Sleeps up to 5 people (inc infants), no pets.
Large open plan lounge / kitchen upstairs.
Downstairs: 1 double bedroom, a twin and a single bedroom.
Also downstairs is the toilet and separate shower room.
Situated next to our campsite with children's play park.
This lovely self catering holiday cottage is ideal for families and has a unique design of having the sleeping arrangements on the ground floor.
The lounge and kitchen are on the first floor, giving a light and airy feel with panoramic views. A real treat for those who like to relax on holiday with a good book, plenty of natural light.
The lounge maintains it’s traditional Cornish character with high vaulted ceiling and open beams. There are three bedrooms catering for up to 5 people on the ground floor, one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third single bedroom.
Bed linen & one bath towel per person provided.
Shower room and separate toilet with wash basin are also situated on the ground floor.
There are 2 designated parking spaces for Lookout cottage, if you have additional vehicles you must talk to us prior to arriving as in the middle of summer with all cottages booked and campsite full it is unlikely we will have additional parking spaces available. No EV charging available.
Our campsite 'The Laurels Holiday Park' is right next door so if you have children then are more than welcome to use the play park (April-October).
Changeover Day During high & peak weeks only arrival must be a Friday, Outside of peak we have a minimum 2 night stay.
Damage & extra cleaning Deposit £50 required for all bookings, fully refundable if the accommodation is left how you find it.

By Jm on 10-May-2022Perfect stay for the my wife the night before our wedding and getting ready in the morning, big open plan lounge and kitchen upstairs. And then nice stay the evening of our wedding too. Would definitely stay again, straight forward check in and left to our own devices.

From pre-arrival communication, being able to check in a little earlier to the fabulous space, comfort and cleanliness of the cottage, the play area for children and sunny outside seating, all was amazing. A welcome bottle of Prosecco was very much appreciated and promptly drunk! The cleaning supplies were more than you would normally expect (and due to previous experiences elsewhere I brought my own) but this has washing up liquid, cloths, kitchen sprays, bin bags etc even two little asking tabs for the washing machine. The soaps, shower gels and shampoo etc were again just ideal and meant we won’t have to pack all that again next time we stay. We have already enquired directly, about going back as we had such a fabulous stay. We also had a little look around the other two cottages and they were all bright, clean and comfortable, you will not Be disappointed choosing one of the laurels cottages. We highly recommend getting in touch and choosing them as your base for Padstow and surrounding areas.
