3 bedrooms, one having an en-suite and a further family bathroom. With a well equipped Kitchen, Dining for 6 and a further large sitting room with wood-burning stove. This 4 Star Barn is perfect for a family holiday, group get away or for a special celebration.

Your guests have access to all of the shared facilities of indoor swimming pool, multi sports court, under 5's play area, woodland picnic site, BBQ's, bike store, bird watching area, star gazing and WIFI.......

This delightful, newly converted Georgian Hayloft, as been lovingly developed into a very comfortable holiday cottage that can sleep 6 people, with plenty of room for one cot and a well behaved dog!



Downstairs boast a very spacious, modern and well equipped kitchen, with an open plan dining area which has a lovely wooden table and chairs.

The separate large sitting room, is filled with stunning beams and an added luxury of a wood burning stove. This room is perfect for relaxing in after a busy down out and about or after a fun swim in the pool.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms - one being an en-suite for the Master Bedroom- this wonderful cottage gives you everything you need to enjoy a break away from it all.



Outside there is a good sized enclosed garden with a beautiful mature boarder, this cottage gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your free time in. The outside seating is perfect for alfresco dining or to enjoy a fun picnic!
