Second stay at the boat house Helen just as welcoming as always. Although the weather wasn't the best we still had a great time who wouldn't with views overlooking the lake. Made use of the water sports shop next door went out on the lake a few times on the kayaks great fun the boat house is perfect location to walk to bowness just a ten to fifteen minute walk away. Had some lovely meals at the ship inn good food at a reasonable price. This is the first time we have visited a property in the lakes for a second time and we come to the lake district three or four times a year this is how good Osprey Boat House is thank you Helen for another perfect holiday and for the lovely welcome pack on arrival hope to see you again soon Woodhouse and Swan family 28/07/17

We hired the boathouse to say goodbye to a friend who is emigrating and celebrate a couple of birthdays. The location and views are stunning- such a peaceful and relaxing spot. The boathouse is well equipped and well furnished with lovely personal finishing touches to help your stay get off to a great start. I am sure we will return. We loved it.
