Fully refurbished for 2023, and well equipped for your holiday, Willows has driveway parking for several cars, a type 2 untethered 7kw EV charger (additional charges apply) and super fast wifi throughout the property.

The accommodation is flexible having 1 king bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor, a further king bedroom with en-suite shower room on the first floor along with 2 twin / bunk bedrooms as well as a family bathroom upstairs and an additional WC / utility room downstairs - this home can comfortably cater for a group of extended family or friends, or for 2 families getting together.

The house is on 2 floors. As you enter on the ground floor, one of the 2 suites is to your left - "The Den" has a king size bed, clothes hanging, dressing table, full length mirror, 32 inch Samsung smart TV with HDMI connection and en-suite shower room.

In front of you is the large South facing living room with 2 large sofas, 2 chairs, a big coffee table and plenty of cushions, throws and footstools. There are board and card games for adults and kids and a 55 inch Samsung smart TV with HDMI connection as well as a DVD player and bluetooth speaker. The living room has a large bay window with French doors onto the South facing raised terrace.

On the right hand side of the house is the kitchen diner which runs from the front to the back of the house and has a large dining table comfortably seating 8 at the front and the kitchen with island and bar seating for 3 at the rear. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, American fridge freezer, NEFF multifunction fan oven, NEFF microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and gas hob. There is also a DAB radio and a 55 inch Samsung smart TV.

There is also a utility room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor.

On the first floor, to the right is the second suite - "The Nest" is a large room with king size bed, built in wardrobe with clothes hanging, dressing table, full length mirror, 32 inch Samsung smart TV and en-suite shower room. There is plenty of floor space for a travel cot in the Nest (bring your own cot bedding).

Please note that there is a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and travel highchair at the property and there is a stargate at the bottom of the stairs only.

The other 2 bedrooms are also upstairs - "The Loft" is at the front with large roof light windows and 2 single beds with orthopaedic mattresses, clothes hanging, drawers and a large mirror and "The Bunks" is at the back with bunk beds (sturdy enough to take 120kg per bunk), clothes hanging and full length mirror. This room has a beanbag under the sloping section of the room and there is a strip of colour change LED lighting running around the room to add a bit of fun.

There is also a bathroom upstairs with bath into the sloping eaves and a shower head over, with shower curtain.

Outside, as well as the raised terrace, there is a sheltered south west facing patio (this is designated as the only smoking area at the property), an enclosed area to BBQ and a grass lawn. There is plenty of outside seating for dining or lounging - by day in the sunshine or by night with the festoon lighting. There is storage in the garage for bikes, golf clubs, kids' buggies etc

The property is on a hill therefore there are several steps from the driveway down to the house and from the raised terrace to the rear patio and garden.
The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at Willows are audible only so the property may not be suited to those hard of hearing if travelling without a hearing buddy.
There is a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and a travel high chair at the property and there is a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs but please note that the maximum occupancy of 8 people at the property does include infants - this is for your comfort and safety as well as our insurance.
For safety & security the front driveway area is monitored by RING cameras.

I think this was the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in! The finish throughout the house was impeccable and everything was spotless! Sally was a lovely host, really responsive and friendly. High Salvington isn’t walkable to Worthing really, but a beautiful view from the upstairs bedrooms. There is a lovely little cafe about 10mins walk up the hill that serves nice cake and a few essentials. The kids room with bunkbeds and LED lights was really cute, and there were lots of family board games to keep kids entertained in the evenings. Thanks Sally

The house is beautiful - absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. We were so lucky with the weather and were able to take advantage of the decking / terrace area. There is plenty of everything - mugs, glasses etc and everything seems brand new. We loved the maps in the walls with little post-its for things near by and we loved the folder with the photos in about the history of the house. You can''t really go for a nice walk directly from the property but the coast is a very short drive and we managed to park easily each day we went down there. There is an absolutely fabulous cafe in Worthing that we came across called Bungaroosh, down a little side street opposite the pier. It was fabulous and definitely needs to be added to the recommended places list here at Willows. Loved the house, loved Worthing - would definitely recommend.

The home was amazing! Filled every requirement, everyone felt relaxed soon as we got there, Sally is a great host loads of info provided. Could not fault Sally or her lovely home would happily stay there again!
