If it is uniqueness and exclusivity that make a place desirable and sought after then St Nicholas Beach house is such a place. Nature itself dictates that there are but a few front row seats to witness locations of outstanding beauty from and that these need be reserved well in advance.
The drive up to this great house gives some clue of the view one would experience once reaches the property – but nothing really prepares for the wow sight when get there.
Sitting on a low cliff, surrounded by beautiful gardens with a path through a "rain forest" that leads to two different isolated , beaches.
The nearby (50 mts swim in shalow waters)seagulls islet by the plot ,-from another era, will take you to Darwin's books .
To say it is breathtaking is not doing it full justice.
The views from the house are relentlessly glorious.
At Nightime ,lit by the stars or the moon is far beyond imagination.
You could be on top of the world, it certainly feels like it.
Not many houses in the Greek islands can equal the position (on a peninsula), comfort and privacy of this excellent beach house.
An all-around sea view(the plot has a beach facade of 200mts with two beaches) which turns into an all-round dramatic sunset in the evenings.

Although air-conditioned throughout, the villa’s position benefits from an every afternoon light breeze turning it into a cool haven to escape the heat of the summer sun.
The whole property is private, secure and walled or fenced. Private Electric Gates access.Very large tiled private heated Swimming Pool and outdoors Ozone Therapy Jacuzzi(non heated), surrounded by patio areas with sun loungers and parasols. Private gardens with flowering shrubs, olive trees, with hammocks between them, and various local herbs. Gazebo covered BBQ area with stone sitting and sea views ideal for al fresco dinning.
Facilities such as ,large outside heated pool*(fees for heating apply),indoor paddle pool*,steam room and sauna*,fully equiped gym,pub size pool table,table tennis,BBQ,two isolated beaches attached to the property,numerous children safety features,fenced pool,WIFI throughout,several al fresco dining corners,complete privacy, can all be found in this property.
For those with older children, the house is perfect for teenagers as the lower ground floor is equipped with a recreation area-gym-cinema –pool table room and large sofas.

ACCOMODATION
POOL LEVEL FLOOR
There is an entirely open plan sitting area that overlooks the sea all around and the dramatic horizon pool. The kitchen-open plan-area is connected with both sides of the house with outside covered terraces suitable for dinning. On of those holds the bbq area as well.
On the pool level floor there is a twin or double(euro King size 160x200) bedroom with bathroom ensuite and private seaview balcony.
UPPER FLOOR
Compromises two master bedrooms (with euro kingsize doubles 160x200 and top grand suite matresses) with jacuzzi bathroom ensuite which lead to open terraces with spectacular views over the pool and the sea and offer dramatic sunsets.
A third bedroom with en suite shower, is near enough to the master bedrooms so parents can keep an eye on children.(two sigle beds that can be converted into a large Euroskingsize double ,160x200 and top quality grand suite matresses)
ON THE GROUND FLOOR
As we enter the house we come across the Indoor heated pudle pool with ozone therapy spa(suitable for winter months),next to the steamroom and sauna.
Next area is a recreation room with full size pool table tv room and fully equiped gym.
There is also a big bedroom suitable for people with special needs or older people, with en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
This can be either a twin or converted to a double with a super large double bed(180x200 with top quality matress)
The terrace looks east to the main garden and enjoys spectacular sea views,while it has direct acces to the pool.

Childrens playground with swings, sand pit etc seats to the north side under the olive trees. Teak sunlounges with thick matresses around the pool and outside ozone therapy spa(not heated).

Maid service: All linen towels and pool towels are provided. A house keeper ,a house manager, a gardener (once a week) and a pool and maintenance man are looking after the house and its guests. A chef can be provided on request.

Pool heating is run on Diesel,therefore very effective.It does not "raise the temp by 2-3 degrees" it keeps a table 26C 24/7

Coast/Beach:
The house sits on a low cliff peninsula and therefore it is surrounded by the sea. Underneath the house there are two isolated beaches. St Spyridon main sandy beach is about 300 mts away with shallow water, suitable for young children.
Travel:
Corfu airport is 40 min away (37 Km) and so is Corfu port. We may can arrange your transfers on request.
Distances:
Nearest tavernas are around 200 mts away, supermarket 400mts away, Perithia village is about 1 Km away, Kassiopi 4 Kms away, Acharavi town 4kms away and Corfu town 40 Kms away.
FURTHER DETAILS:
St Nicholas Beach House is situated in Perithia area- St Spyridon beach, some 40 min drive from Corfu town and 5 min drive from Acharavi or Kassiopi where one can find big shops, super markets and night life.
Perithia is a locals village, holds a few shops and nearby(walking distance) the house you can find 3 bars, 2 restaurants and a couple of shops.
There are also (besides our own ,two isolated beaches) three beaches within 300 mts with sand and crystal clear waters (one of them is very shallow).
St Nicholas Beach House sits on a low cliff at the area of St Spyridon Beach at the NE end of Corfu. Perithia village is about 1.5 Km away while nearest shops and restaurants are at walking distance.
Acharavi town where , big shops,post office,doctors,chemists, are is some 4Km away.
On our beach you can moor a boat to explore the coastline by day or go snorkelling, fishing, etc. You can also take walking trips to nearby vizantine village of Old Perithia, or the lake Antinioti. Using a car you can explore the whole island as from south to north is aprox. 90 Km long and the widest is 20 Km. We strongly advise our guests to hire mountain bikes and bring your treking shoes, as the area is called the cyclers and treking paradise.
By renting a boat or yacht you can explore the coast the best way.
Water sports are nearby at Kassiopi, while golf is some 40 Km away. The closest tennis court is 500mts away at the nearby hotel resort.
