Villa is beautiful, renovated and it is tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Many sunny terraces facing different directions with amazing views to the Puig Campana, Sierra Gelada and Sierra Bernia, to the own attractive gardens and to private swimming pool.
This villa has spacious, stylish living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and stylish bath for room for 2 people, modern and well-equipped kitchen and utility room. A big front yard with private swimming pool.
There is also charming yard with private gardens – oleanders, hibiscus, bougainvillea's, citrus trees and many types of palm-trees, cactus, succulents and more.
One of the terraces has summer-kitchen with atmospheric barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy dinner and breathtaking beautiful sunset over the mountains and valleys.
The Villa is fully equipped: Smart TV and international TV channels, internet, free Wi-Fi, blue-ray player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machines, fridge-freezer, air conditioning/heater in every room.
The villa's yard is beautiful and well maintained, fully fenced and very private. Private covered carport included.
The villa is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Albir. Albir centrum is only approximately 1200 meters away within walking distance, and only 3 minutes’ drive by car offering wide range of services, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. Villa address:

The beach is in Albir centrum, and the picturesque Altea and its old town is located just 4.5 km away along a beautiful sea promenade.
A few kilometers away is Benidorm and nearby a number of entertainment for the whole family such as water parks, zoos and adventure parks and major shopping centers. Alicante city center is at a distance by car in about 30 minutes. Come and enjoy among the sun, entertainment and privacy!

Brilliant hosts and highly recommended Villa
By Anthony on 19-Jul-2026Stayed here for 10 nights 4 adults 3 children The property was very clean spacious inside and outside with an outside kitchen/bbq area in very pretty gardens Pool was also a reasonable size The Villa was very well equipped it was like home to home Lovely views of the mountains. Would recommend a hire car to get into Albir (parking a little tricky as very busy but a lovely seaside town with lots of lovely eateries very good place for families with young children Benidorm about 30 mins away Alacante airport roughly 45 mins away The hosts were brilliant with communication both before our holiday and during leaving a very useful manual Would highley recommend this property and hope we will be able to return next year

By Amy on 06-Sep-2026Beautiful villa with beautiful views. It had everything we needed for our stay. Very spacious inside. The beds were very comfortable. The outside terrace was perfect for relaxing at night watching the sunset. The pool was fantastic and bigger than we thought. We walked into Albir everyday and got a taxi back which was less than 5. Had a fantastic holiday. Would love to Visit again.
Very Disappointed
By Sturtivant Family on 10-Sep-2026We booked this 3 bed villa for our mums 80th birthday. We spent over €3300 for our stay but left very disappointed and dissatisfied. When we arrived at the property Amy gave us a warm welcome but did point out some issues with the property which weren’t small things. Over the first few days we noticed a lot of issues with the upkeep of the property and messaged Amy. Nothing was done until a few days before leaving as we had to unfortunately report that my 78yr old father had fell off the toilet and banged his head. This was due to faulty and loose toilet seats that had previously been reported. The management company dismissed our concerns and said it was wear and tear. You don’t expect to pay over €3300 for a 2 week stay and have so many problems with the property, some being really dangerous and were known before we arrived. I have many videos and pictures of the issues we had to report as evidence. After we left we put a complaint into the owner Jouko for a partial refund. He didn’t ask for the evidence we had offered, but offered a 10% refund plus cleaning fees free next time we booked. We were so unhappy with this and we certainly wouldn’t be returning again. Part of that 10% refund included the more than double electricity allowance we had used of 200kw for our stay even though hardly using any aircon whilst there. After a weeks stay Amy said send me over photos of the electricity meter and I can let you know how you are getting on. She came back and said you have only used 26kw and that we had been very economical. We then began to use the washing machine and aircon a little more due to this (so why is the electric usage being part of our partial refund?)Some of the issues we had were a broken sliding door going out onto the terrace (handle hanging off so had to push glass!) loose toilet seats that were dangerous, sinks that were very loose and weren’t attached to pedestal, leaking pool, damaged and dirty outdoor unusable furniture, stained mattresses. 🤬

We appreciate your inputs and want to assure that we take it very seriously: • Water evaporation: You were worried about water evaporation from the pool. It is quite standard during the hot Spanish summer. For peace of mind, a pool specialist inspected the system immediately after your departure and confirmed that everything is in perfect working order. • Terrace Door handle: We apologize again for the inconvenience caused by the sliding door handle. While we informed you about it upon arrival and although we were unfortunately unable to resolve it during your stay, we have since fully replaced the mechanism. • Iberdrola S.A.: We provide always to every quest the detailed Iberdrola’s utility breakdown to maintain full transparency. We apologize if a due misunderstanding led you to use more electricity than normal summer consumption, and for this reason, we did not charge from overuse of electricity. • Toilet seat lid: The loose toilet seat cover was serviced immediately after you reported it, though unfortunately, it became loose again during your stay. We have since ordered a brand new lid. We always prioritize our guests' safety and comfort above all else. While we could not agree on the extensive financial compensation requested after your holiday, we respect your right to share your opinion. By Susan on 06-Jun-2026We had a wonderful stay at this villa in June, it was perfect, it was very well equipped, had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, garden was beautiful, lots of lovely plants, plenty places to sit out whether you wanted sun or shade, pool was great and the views were amazing, lovely sunsets. Ruchamah and Amy were very welcoming on arrival, explaining how everything worked, we would have liked to have stayed longer, we will definitely be back next year. As others have said it's uphill on way back from town but we hired electric bikes so no problem, its a pleasant 5 min cycle ride to the town and beach and only 20 mins to Benidorm. By Amanda on 01-Jan-2026The villa was perfect and we will definitely recommend it to family and friends. Lovely quiet area and just a 20 minute stroll to shops/restaurants and bars. Albir has some lovely restaurants and very reasonably priced too. Beautiful pool and well kept gardens. Lots of seating areas to make the most of the sunshine.
