This lovely apartment is on the exclusive Manzanera development in Calpe with an attractive communal pool, private parking and a short walk to the beach.
The apartment has been well furnished and provides a lovely relaxing environment. It is spread over two floors.
The entry level comprises of an entrance hallway, air-conditioned lounge/dining room which has patio doors leading out onto the patio with dining space for 4 people. The fully fitted modern kitchen and a cloak room are also on the entry level.
On the lower level there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. The king master bedroom has air conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and a vanity unit.There is a furnished patio leading off from the master bedroom.
The twin bedroom shares the same patio and also benefits from air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobes. There is afamily shower room which also accomodates the washing machine.
Externally there is an allocated parking space and a wonderful communal pool for residents use only.
Situated just a few minutes’ walk from the blue flag beaches and an array of tasteful restaurants and shops. This
lovely apartment will particularly appeal to those seeking proximity to the seafront and local facilities in this lovely
part of Calpe - you will not be disappointed!
The nearest beach is 5 minutes on foot at approximately 400 meters.

Casa Manzanera was perfect
By Mark and Family on 10-Aug-2026We stayed Calp Manzanera for 10 days. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Liz and the staff at Solivillas were very quick to response too many questions. The Apartment in Casa Manzanera was perfect for our family of 5. Children being 22,19,15. It is very well kept, clean and has everything in it for a beautiful stay. The Pool is very welcoming and never crowded. Location is 5/10min walk to the beach and same to the old town for meals and entertainment. We hired a car but you could quite easily enjoy the apartment, Pool and the town of Calp without. 2 supermarkets are only 4mins walk away. Already discussions are already being had by the family to book again the apartment soon enough. Thanks Solivillas from Mark and Family

Very nice air conditioning in each room, just a tray that fills with water from the air conditioning on the terrace to throw away often. Very pleasant host, easy to communicate with by message and responsive. Séjour agréable, belle vue. Piscine facile d’accès. Lieux calme, à proximité de commerces et de la mer. Très agréable la Clim dans chaque pièces, juste un bac qui se remplie d’eau des clims sur la terrasse a jeter souvent. Hôte très agréable, facilité d’échange par message et réactifs.

Perfect location
By Barbara on 23-Jul-2021First time visit to Calpe and it was really nice. The location of the apartment was perfect for our family - everything just a few minutes walk away. We spent most days lazing by the pool but we did wonder out in the evenings to eat. We only used the car to get to and from the airport. Everything was good.and we would recommend to others
Nice and spacious apartment in a peaceful environment

Wonderful pool area and markets to buy food nearby. Convenient enter and exit using a door code. Communication with the host was easy and she replied very fast.
