Description
Villa Velero is a large holiday villa located in one of Javea's most exclusive neighbourhoods, with a flat walk to the beach (10 minutes, Cala Blanca) and the larger Arenal beach area (15-20 minutes), this is arguably the town's largest and closest (to the action) luxury villa, whilst still being just far enough away from the hustle-bustle.Villa Velero has a fusion of traditional Spanish and Ibiza styling. With all your home luxuries and much more. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, TV's in all bedrooms and full Sky TV, Netflix and Amazon Video in both living rooms, and Amazon Echo units around the house. There’s superfast 600mb fibre WiFi throughout the villa, even by the pool. With no fewer than three kitchens - two inside, and one outside Summer Kitchen with large gas BBQ, large paella gas ring/pan and Pizza Oven. There's also a separate poolside Bar with chilled Spanish lager on tap, fizz in the fridge and drinks for the kids. Rock speakers by the side of the pool mean you can play out your selection of songs whilst sunbathing.
The large outside dining table, which seats up to 18 people, has a roof for total shade/weather protection. There is also a further shaded seating area next to the poolside bar.
The inside kitchens are fully equipped - both have large American fridge/freezers with ice and water dispensers. Bosch ovens, dishwashers, and induction hobs for safety. Beautiful granite countertops throughout. There's plenty of cutlery, glassware and crockery for everyone.
NEW FOR 2026 - Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom/shower room (either en-suite or opposite/adjacent), plus there is a further shower room/toilet by the swimming pool area,

If you don't want to walk, a bus stop is just a few steps away from the villa. This regular service takes you down to the Arenal beachfront, Port/Marina area and the Old Town. Only €1.50 per journey. A further bus route goes to the beautiful Portixol beach, for €3.
There's a large (optional heated) pool, complete with a shallow splash pool/bubbling spa (which can also be heated). Plus 20 luxury sunbeds - and plenty of other outside seating around the garden - so you can chill and relax for a bit of 'me time'.
Rock speakers by the side of the pool mean you can play out your selection of songs from one of the villa's Amazon Echo's (Alexa) whilst sunbathing.
Large electric gates open up to the long driveway, which in turn leads to the outdoor living and pool area. There's an outdoor children's play area with swings, slide etc, a giant chess set, an outdoor pool table, and a pétanque/boules court. Plus, inside, two consoles - an Xbox One and a PS4 - to keep them happy, along with toys, Lego etc
Everything is close by - the nearest mini-supermarket is 150m, restaurants 100-200m, a large Aldi is 300m, and the family-friendly Arenal beachfront with dozens of bars/restaurants just 1500m.

Fabulous villa for a family holiday.
By Arlene Moffett on 11-Jul-2026Villa Velero is ideal for large family groups. Both the inside and outside facilities are fabulous, catering for all age groups. Having a large pool area with comfortable beds, pool bar, alexa speakers, toilet, shaded seating area as well as the kids play area & jet pool made for the perfect place to spend our days. We opted to pay extra for the draft beer which was well worth it. Large outside table & bbq area was our night spot & kids could enjoy the english kids television in the cool of the air-con, when they needed to rest after a tiring day in the pool. The American fridges meant filtered water was always on hand. Brett the owner was very helpful both before our arrival & during, helping to organise transfers, restaurant bookings & anything else we needed. Villa ideally situated. Local supermarkets & restaurants within walking distance as well as the bus stop which made accessing the Arenal beach a breeze. Concierge tablet very informative. Highly recommend this villa.
Family paradise
By Ingemar on 27-Jun-2026We were a family of 8 adults and 7 children (2-10 years) who had a fantastic week in Villa Velero. There are wonderful places for community with cooking, pool and pool bar while everyone has private rooms with their own toilets. Two evenings we had a hired chef who came and cooked really good dinners for us. We rented a car so it was easy to get to the beach and to shop for food etc. Brett has been fantastic both before and during our stay with information and tips that made our experience even better.

Great facilities such as a swimming pool, outdoor bar with draft beer, playground, extensive outdoor kitchen, beautiful new bathrooms, etc., etc. Everything has been thought of! Pleasant and clear communication with the landlord. Everything was top-notch - we would love to come back!

Our second stay at Villa Velero... it just gets better!

Since our first visit, the villa has been beautifully renovated, and the improvements have really elevated the whole experience. The pool area has been noticeably upgraded and is now an even more relaxing and stylish place to spend sunny days. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen, complete with a pizza oven and BBQ - perfect for easy family dinners. The poolside bar with a beer pump is a brilliant touch and made afternoons by the pool feel extra special. The house was extremely clean, and the bedrooms are all very comfortable, which made it easy for the whole family to relax. We also found it really helpful to have a floorplan before we arrived - it made organising rooms and planning our stay so much easier. The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the bars and restaurants along Arenal beach, and with simple, reliable bus links to both the Old Town and the Port area, getting around couldn’t be easier. It’s also worth mentioning that the owners have three other villas, all of which are just as fabulous. Their commitment to quality really shines through across all their properties. A special mention has to go to the owner, who is incredibly attentive and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have the best possible stay. Nothing is too much trouble, and that personal care really sets Villa Velero apart. We loved our second stay at Villa Velero just as much as the first, if not more, and can’t wait to return again! We’ve already booked again for next year! You musn’t miss out on a stay here.
