Description
Villa Velero is a large holiday villa located in one of Javea's most exclusive neighbourhoods, with a flat walk to the beach (10 minutes, Cala Blanca) and the larger Arenal beach area (15-20 minutes), this is arguably the town's largest and closest (to the action) luxury villa, whilst still being just far enough away from the hustle-bustle.Villa Velero has a fusion of traditional Spanish and Ibiza styling. With all your home luxuries and much more. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, TV's in all bedrooms and full Sky TV, Netflix and Amazon Video in both living rooms, and Amazon Echo units around the house. There’s superfast 600mb fibre WiFi throughout the villa, even by the pool. With no fewer than three kitchens - two inside, and one outside Summer Kitchen with large gas BBQ, large paella gas ring/pan and Pizza Oven. There's also a separate poolside Bar with chilled Spanish lager on tap, fizz in the fridge and drinks for the kids. Rock speakers by the side of the pool mean you can play out your selection of songs whilst sunbathing.
The large outside dining table, which seats up to 18 people, has a roof for total shade/weather protection. There is also a further shaded seating area next to the poolside bar.
The inside kitchens are fully equipped - both have large American fridge/freezers with ice and water dispensers. Bosch ovens, dishwashers, and induction hobs for safety. Beautiful granite countertops throughout. There's plenty of cutlery, glassware and crockery for everyone.
NEW FOR 2026 - Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom/shower room (either en-suite or opposite/adjacent), plus there is a further shower room/toilet by the swimming pool area,

If you don't want to walk, a bus stop is just a few steps away from the villa. This regular service takes you down to the Arenal beachfront, Port/Marina area and the Old Town. Only €1.50 per journey. A further bus route goes to the beautiful Portixol beach, for €3.
There's a large (optional heated) pool, complete with a shallow splash pool/bubbling spa (which can also be heated). Plus 20 luxury sunbeds - and plenty of other outside seating around the garden - so you can chill and relax for a bit of 'me time'.
Rock speakers by the side of the pool mean you can play out your selection of songs from one of the villa's Amazon Echo's (Alexa) whilst sunbathing.
Large electric gates open up to the long driveway, which in turn leads to the outdoor living and pool area. There's an outdoor children's play area with swings, slide etc, a giant chess set, an outdoor pool table, and a pétanque/boules court. Plus, inside, two consoles - an Xbox One and a PS4 - to keep them happy, along with toys, Lego etc
Everything is close by - the nearest mini-supermarket is 150m, restaurants 100-200m, a large Aldi is 300m, and the family-friendly Arenal beachfront with dozens of bars/restaurants just 1500m.

Another fantastic stay at Villa Velero! Hands down the best find I've ever made for a holiday home!
By Chris Newberry on 17-Oct-2026Another fantastic stay at Villa Velero! It has everything you could need for a great holiday, and the outdoor kitchen and beer pump are still a real highlight. As always, the owners were brilliant to deal with, but their support during our stay really went above and beyond. We had a red weather warning for extreme conditions, and alongside the government alerts, the owner contacted us directly to make sure we were aware. They kept in regular contact throughout and after the storm, checking that we were all okay and dealing with the impact on the property. This was genuinely appreciated by everyone in our group. It's this level of care, combined with the fantastic villa, that makes this place so special. You never feel like just another booking and it's clear how much the owners genuinely care about their guests and their experience. We honestly can't recommend this villa enough. We'll be booking again for next year and, truthfully, we'll probably be returning for many years to come!
A wonderful second stay with Villas Javea - and we’ll be back.
By Martyn Rohrs on 09-Oct-2026We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Velero. We stayed at Villa Lucero in 2025, so were delighted to book again with Brett and Carolyn for this year. Velero is a beautiful, impressive and comfortable villa in a lovely setting. The pool and spa are excellent, and we loved the covered outdoor dining area and separate poolside lounge. Having our own bar and beer taps at both villas is a fun, memorable novelty. We made plenty of use of the excellent BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven too. Brett and Carolyn are excellent hosts. Brett’s concierge service is really helpful, with recommendations for restaurants, cafés and bars. There are lots of extras available too, including hosted chefs and cake making. Communication is always quick, friendly and helpful, and Brett was there whenever we needed a hand. Jávea has beautiful beaches, great cafés, restaurants and bars, and a picturesque old town. We’d happily recommend Villas Javea and can’t wait to return to one of their villas.
Golf break Oct 26

Brett was helpful putting us in touch with companies that could help facilitate that. After a full day on the course (La Sella, Denia and Javea G.C.) it was great to return to the poolside bar (we called it our 19th hole!) and enjoy some of that just poured San Miguel. Great BBQ area for us to cook and chat together too and several good local restaurants we could walk to. Definitely will return.

The villa is so well equipped for large groups and you want for nothing. Beautifully furnished too. The pool area is incredible. Definitely worth the pool and spa being heated; as you do need it, even in late September. Great location near to bars, restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, or less. Beach only 15 minutes walk. Brett quickly responded to questions and offered useful advice and helped us organise airport transfers and even booked restaurants for us. Villa Velero will become a regular visit for our annual 'Study Buddy Holi'!!! Thanks again Brett and Carolyn.

Brett was brilliant throughout: communication before, during and after our stay was top tier and he made everything easy from start to finish. The location is ideal. The supermarkets are only a 2-minute walk away, which made stocking up and self-catering for a big group effortless. The villa itself has lovely outdoor areas, with both sunny spots and shaded corners, so there was always somewhere comfortable to relax whatever the time of day. The facilities were a highlight too: an amazing barbecue and dining area, plus a beer pump in the bar, which went down very well with our group. We'd happily stay again and would recommend it to any group looking for a relaxed, well-run place to stay. Thank you, Brett!
