The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and boasts fabulous pool views. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Private secure underground parking is located beneath the complex.
The apartment is located directly in front of the beautiful pool & landscaped gardens.

By Malin on 29-Jul-2024Nice and calm area with good pool area. Close to grocery stores, beach and restaurants. The beds are uncomfortable and hard for our taste. The kitchen equipment can be upgraded for those of us who love to cook. We had super nice days at Golden Beach! Thank you so much for a pleasant stay!
Lovely apartment
By Penelope on 12-Sep-2022Lovely apartment, lots of space and all the amenities within walking distance. Towels and linens provided. The balcony table area was brilliant. Lots of supermarket nearby and the arenal beach in walking distance. The pool is really big and clean, the only down side was the maintenance worker was slightly rude and grumpy to guests and lilos/toys/inflatables weren’t allowed so it wasn’t very fun for children. But other than that no faults.

Solivillas do also give you a quick respons and support if needed. No problems, nice and tidy. Good wifi and ok television.
