Golden Beach 2 bedroom apartment - Ground Floor apartment furnished to a very high standard and only 5 minutes walk from the Arenal sandy blue flag beach. Comprising of an entrance hallway leading to a bright & airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a furnished private terrace garden for ál fresco’ dining. The large master bedroom has spacious built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace.
From the terraces you can enjoy open views to the mountains and surrounding area. The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and pool views. There is a full en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room. The kitchen/utility area is fully fitted with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave.
There is a small private south facing terrace in front of the swimming pool and a gate from this area directly to the pool.
The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living / dining area. The television offers UK chanels including BBC, ITV, Chanel 4 etc. The apartment now also offers Wifi
Private secure underground parking is located beneath the complex. Located in front of the beautiful pool & landscaped gardens.

The only thing I didn't like was the check-in time (after 4 pm) and the check-out time (before 10 am), which I thought was unreasonable.. The reason for setting check-out before 10:00 AM and check-in after 4:00 PM is to ensure we have enough time to perform a thorough cleaning and prepare the property to the highest standard when we have departures and arrivals on the same day. That window is essential for our cleaning team to leave the accommodation in pristine condition for incoming guests, just as you found it upon your arrival. Please know that whenever we don't have a same-day changeover, we offer complete flexibility to arrange an earlier check-in or a later check-out to best suit our guests' travel plans. Lovely well equipped apartment

Liz, Sam and Toni very helpful and accommodating with early arrival and late departure when possible. Close to supermarket and walking distance to beach

By Marie on 01-Aug-2025Beautiful location close to everything! The apartment was very clean and comfortable but poorly soundproofed! The first week the tenants downstairs didn't respect anything. We could hear them as if they were at our house! Despite this, we highly recommend this accommodation!
A Fantastic Place
