Villa Garcia - a stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private gated villa with fabulous views, air conditioning and Wifi.This beautiful well presented villa located in Javea , has lovely views over the golf course and the Montgo mountain.
There is ample parking on the driveway. You will feel right at home in this well set out villa suitable for 9 people.
The villa has been tastefully decorated with everything you will need for indoor and outdoor living.
The property is built over 2 floors - on the entry level is the open plan living room with air conditioning,and kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is a double bedroom with a full ensuite. Also on this level is the cloakroom and the utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, 2 ovens and all the modern features one would expect. The living room leads out to the furnished covered naya ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing.
Downstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms - a king size room with air conditioning and a triple room with a ceiling fan. There is a lovely wet room for these 2 rooms to share.
The fourth bedroom has a private entrance and is equipped with two single beds, a separate toilet and sink and there is a warm shower outside on the pool terrace. A fan and air conditioning is provided to cool the room.
The gardens are well maintained and the swimming pool is the center piece of the garden, there is a lawned area and boules. there is a further covered outside dining area in front of the swimming pool. The gardens are furnished with sun loungers and a bbq.
The sandy arenal beach is located 10 minutes drive away (7km), the old town is 5km away, the golf club with restaurant is 600 meters away

Es tal cual se describe en el anuncio y tiene unas vistas preciosas a la naturaleza y al campo de golf. La piscina es genial y tiene un tobogán que no sale en las fotos del anuncio, también tiene muchas tumbonas y se está muy bien. Vino una persona dos veces en la semana a revisar y hacer mantenimiento. La casa es súper espaciosa y tiene muchas áreas comunes para pasar el rato. Tuvimos una estancia y unas vacaciones de 10. La comunicación con Elizabeth muy buena, respondió a todas nuestras dudas. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo :)" English Translation Guest: "We were a group of 9 people and were very comfortable in the house. It is exactly as described in the listing and has beautiful views of nature and the golf course. The pool is great and has a slide that isn't in the listing photos, it also has lots of sun loungers and is really nice. Someone came twice a week to check on things and do maintenance. The house is super spacious and has lots of common areas to hang out in. We had a 10/10 stay and holiday. Communication with Elizabeth was very good, she answered all our questions. We would stay again without hesitation :)

The views from the villa and terrace are superb. We could have stayed for a month, and if we go away as a group again, we would love to return. We love this villa

We particularly loved the outdoor living area during such a warm week we found much comfort in the shaded area where we spent most night enjoying the warm air, cool breeze, mood lighting and the traditional sangria. The rooms were neat and tidy and lovely artwork adorned each room. The water pressure is not amazing and there aren’t any locks on the toilet doors but we made a system of announcements before use haha Overall a wonderful property, one which we will definitely look to be booking again! By Julian on 06-Aug-2022Having just spent 2 weeks at this Villa my family and I had a very peaceful time here, with modern well contained house, the kids who enjoyed a very nice pool set in a tasteful garden, set in wonderful views of the mountains around it. The house was made even more comfortable with lovely air conditioning which in early August was very welcoming. There are lots of lovely beaches all over the region, a car is obviously a must have. We all enjoyed our time here at Villa Garcia and would recommend it.
