Casa Karma in Javea, registration number EGVT666A. Some pets considered on request.Casa Karma is a spacious villa only 5km to the sandy beach in Javea, with air conditioning, wifi, private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and UK TV.
The villa sits in a large plot with views behind of The Montgo & across the valley to mountains..The villa is on two levels and the upper level comprises of naya, lounge / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms one with an ensuite and one further family bathroom. The lounge / dining room benefits from air conditioning.
On the lower level there are three bedrooms: a twin, a triple and a double bedroom. The lower level also has a kitchen area and a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outdoors is the lovely mediterranean private garden, and the stunning swimming pool. You will also find secure parking. All the patios and gardens are furnished for sunbathing, BBQs and al-fresco dining.
Located in a good, quiet, sought after neighbourhood and only five minutes drive to the Old Town, the Port, shops and beaches etc. The villa is on a flat, private plot and makes for an ideal relaxing holiday.

The villa was perfect for us!
By Rhonda on 29-Aug-2026The description and photos were very accurate. There were 8 adults and 3 children staying and the villa fitted us perfectly. The pool and gardens were maintained to a very high level and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. The surrounding area had absolutely loads to do and the eateries were amazing!Both the Marina and El Gauchos were particularly enjoyable. We cisited El Gauchos 3 times! We would highly recommend this villa and the hosts and would definitely love to revisit. Thank you Liz, lots of memories made ︎

La piscina es profunda y amplia para la cantidad de personas establecida. La comunicación con la propietaria es efectiva, contesta con rapidez intentando resolver cualquier duda o problema. Recomendable si quieres pasar unos días en la zona. Date of arrival - 28 July 2026 Casa Karma in Jávea: sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms; features full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private pool. Well-located accommodation near the town of Jávea. The pool is deep and spacious enough for the stated number of guests. To conclude,I recommend this place to have a good family vacation. très belle et grande maison bien aménagée,vue sur le mongo magnifique, superbe piscine bien entretenue. Hôte (Liz) très réactive en cas de problème. Pour conclure,je conseil cet endroit pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille.
